The owner didn't seem too pleased when I asked for tapas without tomatoes because of an allergy I have but he produced 6 excellent dishes that really made our experience special. The apple pie is fantastic.

Unfortunately the weather was doing its worst so we took refuge in this place on the town square. What can I say? The real taste of Spanish tapas. There were 3 of us including... More

We arrived late after a long day of hiking. We'd searched the TA reviews to see what was good and settled on La Bodeguita del Medio. Warmly welcomed, we ordered drinks but didn't realise the kitchen had shut at sunset. But our kind and excellent host stayed open just for us, and served the most delicious Tapas. A few dishes,... What a fantastic little place. Not much room, and the tables are tiny, but the food is just fabulous and simple. I tried three dishes in as many days for lunch. And coffee afterwards.(black, good and strong) All very good. I much recommend this place.

It is nice to sit out on the street, or upstairs inside, decor is lovely and there is a nice vibe about this place. We order their tapas (set 6 dishes) it was lovely really... More

Chose to visit during the Sunday Market-Very busy. No seating outside ,but managed to get a great seats upstairs. Service was fast and friendly. Food choice was simple "Mixed Tapas" for two. Served with the local red wine (Delicious). Serenaded by a local musician and his guitar from outside-Perfect lunch. Great value for money and wonderful local delights.
