We enjoyed recently a good dinner over here. Our choice was game, since De Kromsteert offers it this time of the year - very good! It was prepared with care, served with the right attitude and explanation. Thanks!

My Mom's not with us anymore but we know she is enjoying together with us when we have diner at De Kromsteert. As a starter we all chose the mussels in a creamy sauce. Very good but also very rich. Then 2 of had the entrecôte. A generous portion superbly prepared. The other had the Scampis in garlic creamy sauce.... More

This elegantly decorated restaurant offers seemingly interesting "surprise" menu options, but as I had but an hour to finish my dinner, I chose to take the main course of pike perch (zander) only. The fish was fresh, but came with dry-as-dust oven-fried potatoes. The accompanying wine was OK. Service was correct and friendly. The bill including mineral water and coffee... More

Of course it depends on what you're looking for, but among the more luxury restaurants in town this is definately the best one. The food is of high quality, the restaurant looks nice and cosy, the owners are very friendly and the staff is professional. It's a bit pricy, but definately worth the money

Been here several times. We always choose the 6 course menu. Price are +/- €42/person. You can choose a wine arrangement at €17.5/person. So for €60 you have a full tummy. Staff is very firendly, overall a very nice experience. (You can make a reservation via their website, recommended)

On Sunday evening we had dinner at this restaurant. The meal was wonderful, entree, main course, everthing was very tasteful and the presentation was wonderful. Great chef! The staff, very friendly, helpful, polite. We opted for fish- and meat dishes; greatly and tastefully presented and it all tasted excellently. This was the last evening of our stay in Nunspeet and... Excellent food and good service, but they come at a price. I find 40 Euro per person expensive, but I do feel it was money well spent. The atmosphere of the restaurant could be better, I found it a bit old-fashoined and corny.

We stayed for one night in Nunspeet and De Kromsteert came recommended by Tripadvisor. They serve a surprise menu for 40 Euro's, which is at least 4 servings. The quality of the food was high and the taste rich. For the ladies: "A desert before the desert" was one of the courses! The staff is really friendly and humble almost.... More
