The four of us (two couples) went to tapas restaurant Escobar for an experience that is different from the usual three of four course dinner. We really appreciated the dishes that the new and very skilful chef prepared. Never we realized that something as basic...as cabbage lettuce can be prepared as a warm dish and can be tasting so entirely different from what you know and expect. The beef dish deserves special recognition for its taste and tenderness. Best system for a party of two, three or four: just order one of all the tapas on the menu and continue with repeats of the best ones... and that brings us to the one and only downside: when you keep going till you are really full and satisfied, you may brace yourself for a significant bill . Advice: reduce the tapas prices (certainly the ones with cheap ingrediens) with 20% and the place will be packed every evening. These tastes deserve a large audience !More
