5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

I was surprised by the food here! It was great! We ended up eating here twice during our 5 day stay on the island. I think it was the best food we had between the 4 restaurants on North Captiva. It was by far the best service. Not sure why there are many reviews about bad service and "island time".... More

Always heard about the place but finally with the family on our 26 ft boat 🚣🏼 We found "THE PLACE " Not hard to find but you need to watch the markers. We knew the place was popular so we called the day before to see if 12-1 for lunch was a good 😊 time We were lucky to call... More

Barnacle's is a fun place to stop by and eat while enjoying the Gulf and beaches. Good food and location for stopping by while relaxing on your boat trip. Knowledgeable guides to help dock your boat before eating and dolphins were swimming right there in the harbor. The only down-side is our large group was only provided one lunch ticket--no... More

Unique spot, food is just ok, seems like a fun spot to go if you are on a boat but food is not the focus here.

Went out for the day on a chartered boat. While out the opportunity came up to eat on North Captiva Island. Being we wanted to this this last April, we NOW had the chance. We docked right in front of the restaurant. It was just before noon and there was some sea fog in the a.m. that left the water... More

Delicious food with a variety of choices. Prepare to pay a bit more. You can eat outside or inside. There's also a gift shop with ice cream on the premises. It can get busy fast, so beat the rush.

We spent about an hour on the water to get there, but it was well worth the trip. Very tropical, low key place. The beer was cold and our table was happy with all we ordered including burgers, hogfish, and even a hot dog :) Be sure you study your chart before you try to get there by water, but... More

Our first time here. We ventured ot on a beautiful January day from Pineland Marina. Easy and short boat trip to Safety Harbor and Barnacle Phi's.. The dock master was great and ran from incoming boat to incoming boat. Barnacle's is very low key. We got a table outside and the servers were cordial and ready to please. Very much... More
