After several weeks travelling in Italy and eating the most amazing food, it was a cold rainy night and we felt like pizza and hot chips/french fries!
On a walk from our hotel (Aurora) we discovered Aqua and Farina on a side street close by. What a find!
Got the ‘Ponza’ pizza 14 E and French fries 5E and was perfect amount shared between 2. The pizza was delicious. The tomato sauce was like eating them fresh out of the garden. We tried to eat at this restaurant on Wednesday night but it was full. Thank goodness we booked for Thursday as it was full again and they were turning people away all evening.
We had the mixed starter of deep fried pasta, rice and something like a savoury doughnut. I should know the Italian name for this platter but I don’t. It was €12 so not expensive for 2. We then both had a pizza, they had an excellent choice of unusual pizzas. A bottle of red wine and coffee and the whole bill was €55. Great value.
It was a restaurant with a great atmosphere and all ages of guests there. Couple, families and mixed groups. It is situated just of the Main Seafront street, so very easy to find. Recommend that you book a table!

We are both foodies which is one of the reasons we holiday in Italy each year.
We were starting to feel a little disappointed about the quality of many of the restaurants in Sperlonga until we found Aqua and Farina. The restaurant is modern,clean and attractive, the staff young and friendly and the pizzas delicious and well made. Will definitely be returning for more!

This place is just amazing, staff are so kind and friendly, you really feel cared for and part of a family. The pizza was probably among the best I have ever had, excellent quality. We shared some antipasti which were also delicious. Wine is very cheap but lovely, prices are great, it was all worth it from the moment we set foot in the restaurant. We will be back!

We had the ponza pizza, an all-around perfect balance of great crust with delicious prosciutto and burrata over San Marzano tomato sauce with fresh basil on top.
