We visited Altro on the first night of our stay in beautiful Sperlonga. Having seen the restaurant come up so well reviewed we were very pleased that the owner was able to accommodate an outside table for us during their peak service as we hadn’t reserved.
He introduced the restaurant and the menu, the pastas we chose would have a wait time of 30 minutes minimum which was absolutely fine as we appreciate the time needed to prepare the crab spaghetti which was absolutely delicious! We paired this with a local white wine which was recommended and again, perfect.
