Hidden in the street (Via Amico) with a very good ice cream! They offer a wide selection of different tastes from Sicilian tradition as honey or orange and dark chocolate.

We were in San Vito again this summer and visited Minaudo's almost daily. Their flavours and high quality makes the ice cream stand out, plus generous portions, good price, and friendly staff. We loved the pistachio, limone, fondante, and peach -- lovely!

We find this by chance as I wanted to find a "off the beaten track" place for gelato as the others on the main street looked generic. It was a great find - a great choice and information on how they make it. You could tell it was super fresh and made with love. I would definitely recommend a trip... More

Very very good gelati & granite , in a nice location at a dead-end street. They don't serve any drinks.

Gelateria Minuado serves all of the traditional flavors, granita, and seasonal specialties like Fragola di Bosca (Forest Strawberry), toasted pistachio, honey vanilla, pomegranite, and one of my favorites ricotta gelato. We've had gelato from Taormina to Trapani and Minudo's is the best of them all. Whatever they serve they always seems to have a little special twist to make them... More

Great gelato and so inexpensive too. Generous servings for the small cost. Kepet going back daily for coffee granita and Nutella gelato

All the gelaterias in town claim to be "artisan", but most are mass produced and lack really distinctive flavours. Minuado really stands out. They produce their own gelati -- shunning the flavoured paste many others use. The results are delicious! The whole family -- kids included -- thought it was the best gelati we had during our two weeks in... More

Great ice cream and great service. Huge ice cream portions. Drawback shop is located in an alley just off the main road...

Really nice. Hidden and known by locals. It was difficult to find it but worth. They do not even show their name at the door. It looks good and also tastes good. Super recommendable. All kind of flavours

Our large group was served quickly and the gelato was delicious. The price was right and the owner was very friendly.
