Stopped in for a bite and a coffee on the way through to Napier. Food and drink delicious, friendly service and reasonably priced.

Slow service and unattractive inside cafe. Not sure what style it is trying to emulate but it just looks tired and in need of a make over. Overpriced 'homemade' cheesecakes which come out of a freezer. Coffee not very hot - when it finally arrived. So disappointing.

A easy place to drive past but well worth a stop with some great steak pies and cheesecakes. Excellent pit stop for either long or short haul trips.

We should have heeded the warnings in previous reviews about the size of the cheesecakes as one between two is plenty. However they are served in plastic boxes with lids so you can take away anything you can't finish. We tried to choose ones that had tangy fruits - e.g. Passion fruit - but, although they were really nicely put... More

For sweettooth Lovers and route to Diabetism....you ROCK!!!.. Cheese cake needs to cut down in sugar content before we get a surge in our medical bill. The cheese cake is flavoursome, light, fluffy and tremendously sweet. Beautiful together with either black or white tea/coffee. I find it hard to finish one order of cheesecake because of its sweetness. You eat... More

This is probably great for people who have a serious sweet tooth or want to explore flavoured no-bake cheesecakes. As for us, we were just looking for a classic NY cheesecake and it appears that is pretty hard to find in NZ.

We were lucky to stop here on our road trip around New Zealand. We were hungry and wanted a meat pie for lunch - we had a couple and found them very delicious. Since they make amazing cheesecakes and desserts we had to try them and we're glad we did... we bought some to take with us to go and... More

Most delicious cheesecakes, I travel through regularly & stop on my way to treat myself to a cheesecake... I use to use the excuse "if there's a park outside, I'll stop" however now there are no excuses, I simply can't just drive past without stopping. They also have testers so you can try a few flavours, usually including there "new,... More
