We arrived and were promptly seated by the bright window, great. The place was cute and quaint, chairs and table were lovely. The waiter was prompt and served us well, but personally was lacking. Escargot was a 4/10 and my fish cakes, had way too...much potato to hold them together. My scallop and mushroom entree was very heavy on potatoes, again. Scallops and mushrooms were negligible. Broccoli tasted burned from boiling the water off. My guests seafood casserole was cheesy, even thought he asked if he wanted cheese, declined. Shrimp were small, scallops and lobster made 0 statement in the dish. Did not order dessert, thought there might be more disappointment. Maybe we made the mistake of not ordering fondueMore

We enjoyed the food as my husband is gluten and dairy free and they really made everything he ordered to perfection. Very good service and excellent appetizers to start with. Very wide menu to pick from. Super place to eat for everyone!

We had been to Maison De La Fondue a few years ago and had fondues which were very good. This time we went as part of a group. They have a nice menu and besides the fondues there are good choices of appetizers, mains and...desserts. There is a limited but adequate wine list. I had seafood papillote and my wife had scallops. The restaurant catered our breakfast at the motel the following morning and we also went there for lunch the next day and had seafood chowder and sandwiches. Friendly efficient staff, clean and good service. Highly recommended and would go again if in the area.More

Enjoyed the opportunity to try a FONDUE, after many years of wondering. Working nearby it was nice to have a change from fries. I leaned the fondue is more of a gimmick, more like an alternative to butter on your bread, but a nice alternative....I enjoyed the Italian fondue which is tomato based. My main course was a well presented good tasting chicken kabob.More

Choice is excellent couple with a great atmosphere. Built in an ancient house. If youre lucky to have a small table, niche in a corner...Wow..Great for a romantic evening.

Had the pepper steak. Got a thin thin piece of beef with pepper on it. Lobster linguini had no taste to it. ( it coukd have used sone pepper) steaks were excellent though. Really nice building. Service was very sliw. Had to look for tge...waiter for coffee. Really snobby waiter . Really ... In Tracadie . All in all a very poor dining experience for 5 exhausted and hungry travellers from AlbertaMore

For a romantic night nothing beats the atmosphere of Maison de la fondue. The food is great, the service is the best. For groups, there are separate rooms that can accommodate 20 persons and more. You have got to try it. :)

Supper with associates at this place, this is an upper class restaurant, excellent menu but limited choice of food.

Really enjoyed everything about this cosy restaurant. Tastefully decorated with a very comfortable feel. Good choice of food, a la carte or special menu choices, very reasonably priced. Impeccable service and the food was delicious. Could not fault this restaurant. Would gladly go back for...more.More
