We had lunch in the kitchen today and what a lunch!! Absolutely everything exceeded our high expectations from the friendly welcome in the bar to coffee in the garden. The kitchen bench is a must if you want to savour the gorgeous food in a...More

We ate here after reading some online ads but wished we had stayed at our hotel for dinner instead. The staff are all foreign, the food is foreign and outdate nouvelle cuisine, costs a fortune and is definitely overrated.

Enjoyed 2 breakfasts & 2 suppers there - one a la carte and the tasting menu, which was brilliant. No reason to eat a la carte in comparison with the tasting menu. Surprisingly, service was a bit spotty at one breakfast and one supper -...More

Dining here on Friday evening for the taste of Britain taster menu. Is it best to pair the wines (additional £50 a head) or simply buy wine during the evening. 4 of us. Thanks
