Great Family meal

We ate here as a family of 5 in late August. The staff were very accommodating and prepared a meal not on the menu for our youngest daughter. The Greek food was excellent and tasted great. Home made wine too was very good - meal for 5 with wine less than 90 euros

Visit early in your holiday because you'll want to go back.

We spent a week in Kamira and had some really nice meals, but this place was the best. We had to wait a short for a table to become available, but once we were seated, it was instantly obvious it was worth the wait. The gentleman in charge was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as we tried to select a few dishes when we were really tempted by most of them. We settled on a tapas style meal of tomato balls, stuffed mushrooms, pork bites with leeks, meatballs, and pittas. The food was exceptional. We were given a complementary drink of local honey wine to start and some complementary cake to finish. This is a top top place to eat, I'd recommend an early visit on your holiday because you will want to go back.

Best restaurant in Kamari

We were recommended this tradition/modern Greek restaurant by our hotel. It was the best food we had eaten all week and we wished we had come sooner. We shared 4 meze dishes with help choosing from the owner ( their specialty salad was the best we’d tasted) The service and food were amazing and we would highly recommend it. It is one minute away from the beach front of Kamari, on the main square.

Great little restaurant with good food

Came here based on reviews and was not disappointed had good food and great drinks. The staff are great and very attentive and friendly. I would recommend to go here at least once during your holiday and try the sweet wine they offer free at the start of the meal.

Good, solid a bit “out of box” Greek restaurant

And again I have this same problem like during writing few other reviews. Ta Tertipia is somewhere between 3 and 4 stars rating. It’s more than average but less than very good. Place is very busy. Tables are place the way to use available space to its maximum. I like the concept of sitting at the slightly higher level than the street level, ona small dais. This is typical Greek restaurant but you won’t order here souvlaki or gyros. Instead we I like the most were meatballs in a creamy tomato sauce, grilled Greek sausage and shrimps saganaki. Local dish of chicken was a bit too dry. Friendly and professional service. Remember to order one by one, as otherwise getting all ordered dishes at once will create a logistical space problem on the table

This Restaurant is a Find

Don’t walk past, this new understated restaurant is a find and you’ll return. We know the island well, have stayed in its best hotel’s and eaten well. This restaurant has a small beautifully crafted menu of fresh, delicious Greek tapas style food. So many places feel the need to please tourist's so serve what we can buy at home. This restaurant is an example for others to follow.

Our third visit to Santorini for our 40th wedding anniversary We were recommended this traditional Greek taverna by our HÔTEL receptionist It didn’t disappoint Firstly we were offered local honey wine Following a carafe of local rose wine , not too sweet , medium dry Fave, Greek salad, amazing spicy local sausage , pork in leek sauce and meatballs Food was fresh and plentiful A delightful evening of our favourites Followed by complimentary honey cake that we were too full to enjoy

Warm welcome when looking at the menu board, no pushiness like in some other places. Excellent choice of tapas aswell as main menu options. We had 4 dishes from the tapas which was plenty for 2 people, with some recommendations from the waiter. Tzatziki with pitta bread, Feta in filo with honey, Pork bites with leeks sauce & Chicken with peppers and tomato. All beautifully cooked and tasted fantastic! They also provided complimentary honey wine when we sat down & orange cake when paying. Brilliant service & can see why this is highly rated!

Amazing gem near Kamari Beach

Incredible food, great ambiance, and amazing waiter, Nikolas. We are vegetarian and their options are plentiful. The tapas type meal options were very kid friendly. Our boys absolutely loved the food. The hosts were very kind and brought us shots of honey wine and mastika. They also gave our kids shots of orange juice! We had a Greek salad in bread bowl, cheese balls with tomato marmalade, and tomato balls, and tzatziki. The food was freshly prepared with exquisite taste. For dessert, we had orange pie which was also incredible. This is the first week this place is open and I suspect it will be a hit in no time. We will definitely be back here on our next trip.

Best place for Greek tapas

This place was busy when we arrived and I understand why. The food was great. We had pork bites with leek, pitta, sausage and filo wrapped feta with sesame and honey. The honey wine was a lovely addition. Worth getting a few plates to try. The people sat next to us came 5 time in 7 days and never had the same thing twice. Would I go back? Hell yes!

Don’t understand why this is rated so highly

We visited this place because of its good reviews but I can’t understand why it has them. Food was ok but nothing extra special. Ambiance of the restaurant was poor. Waiting staff were nice enough but not outstanding. It calls itself Greek tapas but it was just starters and main courses so don’t get the tapas bit. Basically there are lots and lots of good restaurants in Kamari, this is not the best one. Nice enough and if you’re nearby try it, but I personally did not enjoy their food or the restaurant.

Dear lovely customer we would like to thank you for your visit to our restaurant and we are sad that we didn’t met your expectations but we think based on your review that even you didn’t know what you expected from us “serving nice enough but not outstanding for a place that serves tapas and not fine dining” Second of all whoever customer comes we explain the philosophy and the idea of “tapas” and the idea is you can share the whole menu and we categorize the menu so people can know the sizes of the portions and not to over do it also about our ambiance you come to a place that says GREEK and everything is Greek even the music (maybe you prefer the lounge relax YouTube playlists )and last to finish thanks for you review we are accepting all the comments even if you didn’t enjoyed the place us you said but on the other hand you recommend us to other people to try us… We wish you to enjoy your vacations Tertipia

Best restaurant in Kamari hands down

They opened only recently in April 2024. Food is excellent. Very authentic. Staff are all really good and friendly. Will recommend best dishes. The restaurant is in the town - just off the coastal strip of seafront restaurants. This area has a few really nice restaurants but this new one is now the best. A must try for authentic Greek food.

Amazing experience

Tertipia….. just wow, everything that we tried was perfect, they don’t have the biggest menu but is enough so you could try different and delicious things!!! The owners and the staff were amazing and they made us feel like home….. I highly recommend it 10/10 experience… thank you nikos 🙏🏼

Best in Kamari

A lovely restaurant - a warm welcome, amazing food both the tapas style and the main dishes. The grilled chicken with a lemon olive sauce was a hi-light as were the marinated anchovies and saganaki prawns. Great value carafes of wine. One night we we visited - there was a delightful dup singing authentic Greek music. Best food on Kamari without a doubt.
