Just sad... Service was lackluster. Food was very average. The pie was just a bowl of reheated mince which was still cold when I got it. The salad had slices of tomato which had obviously been sliced a few days beforehand. And best of all on the board above the register "Specials - no pizza". They just were not doing... More

The worst meal for exorbitant price. No salt and pepper on tables. Soup brought out after the main meal. Chicken parmigiana they used tin crushed tomatoes and cheese slices on the schnitzel. Don't waste your money!!!! And salad a bit of lettuce, one piece of tomato and one piece of cucumber. A beef pie with vegetable consisted of spaghetti mince with... More

Good place to drop in for a basic cafe meal. Thick shake and wedges was good. Outdoor seating area is nice.

Stopped in today for an early lunch on the way to the waterfall walk. Friendly service, meals came out quickly. Soup was lovely, side of wedges was large. Was surprised burgers didn't come with any chips but the burgers were amazing. We were 1 of 2 tables at the time. Drove past on the return drive and the car park... More

Wow. The cafe was an unexpected gem in Springbrook. The burger and chips that I had were great accompanied by good quality service.

Friendly service. Found came out quickly. We ordered the chicken focaciar and a plate of chips for my son. Chicken focaciar was lovely thought it was very small for the value maybe they could add a serving of chips.

We lunched on 2 occasions during our stay in Springbrook & were pleasantly surprised given some reviews. We had the Early Settlers Pie one day & 2 days later Fish & Salad (we requested no chips but more salad). We enjoyed both meals - recommend either. Meal service time was acceptable on first visit, and prompt on the second. Venue... More

We were doing some hikes in Springbrook national park and stopped in at scuttlebutt cage for a light lunch. As we entered the restaurant we weren't welcomed and had the only table without dishes on it pointed out to us by the worker. We sat down and ordered and waited 40 minutes for our meals, having to go up and... More
