We spent summers in Gandia many years ago. The site has surprised us. The food is Asian and surprises you with what you order. The service is 10, they explain the dishes to you and are very attentive. Special mention to Manuel who made us have a good evening. We paid €140 for 3 people. The only thing to 'criticize' is the price of the wine glasses, each glass costs 8.50, it is worth looking at a bottle (although I also found the wines to be expensive for the quality).

We went to try because we really like the cuisine of Paco Perez, and enjoyed dinner.

I highly recommend trying the tasting menu: each dish surprises you by the flavors for the delicacy of its composition. Each dish is better than the last if possible; an idyllic experience. We chose this restaurant 1 month in advance and with enthusiasm for the comments we had read but nothing further from reality...absolute disappointment.
We choose tasting menu for a price of 57 e per person without drink included.
To begin with, once the menu was chosen we were told that the first 2 dishes were sold out. The first, initially, was ceviche and they exchanged it for a Chinese salad with ONE prawn. The second initial course on the menu was cod fritter and they traded it for a spring roll. Very funny the waiter when he tells us that they change it for us at no cost (we looked at the menu and the roll was worth 1 and less than the original dish)😒. By the way, the side of the roll was the same salad that we had eaten as a first course.
Not to mention the deal, it leaves much to be desired how to serve the dishes, one of them served while in the service and neither bothered to explain what it consisted of.

Ok food with good presentation. Let’s say the positive first, the place is nice with a great view on the beach and the waiters were professionals.

We had a tasting dinner and I can only say positive things about both the food and the service and treatment received. Excellent culinary experience with recommendations and unbeatable treatment from all the staff, especially Klara, who was attentive to our table throughout the evening, advising us what to order, presenting each dish to us and being very very nice with our little ones (family friendly place, difficult situation to find in other restaurants in Gandia despite being a tourist site for families). He made us feel at home, thank you very much Klara!

Fantastic experience, very elaborate dishes, very delicious, very good raw materials, so out of 10!!
The treatment of Javier, Marc and their partner (I don't remember the name) was great. That feeling of professionalism and closeness at the same time, a 2 in 1 that you don't usually find in these types of restaurants. It is appreciated.
