My sister and I visited The New Yorker 11/01/2017 and must say from the moment we sat down we were treated in a very welcoming manor by the waitress ( long blonde hair ). My sister ordered Prawn Cocktail starter 8.95 euros and said they were the best Prawns she had ever tasted . For our main dish we both... More

We nearly didn't go inside as there was only one other couple dining. Not sure if we were too early or weather the Kings Parade had tempted people away. First we were served a glass of sparkling wine and our main course came just 5 minutes after ordering so must have been already prepared. However it tasted good. My husband... More

Going back over twelve months, had some really good meals at The New Yorker, including Christmas Day 2015. This place has slowly gone down hill which we experienced first hand on Christmas Day evening 2016. Despite being told we should book, the place only had two other tables on the go and there was no atmosphere. Had a small glass... More

Went for family meal. Lovely restaurant with comfy chairs. Ordered our drinks which came incorrect. Bad start! Burgers were served with goats cheese (which I like) however far too much on the bun which was overpowering the taste of the beef. My husband loved his lamb dish. When bill came our 10% discount was not deducted and we had to... More

Caesar salad and two hanging chicken kebabs as well as drinks over a couple of nights. Service is great and the food was wonderful. The following night we called for drinks and was given some cheese and meats as snacks - lovely touch. The staff are so friendly and have a little chat and make you feel so comfortable. Drinks... Love eating here, never fails to impress the menu is always fresh and there are daily specials The starters and main courses are of a exceptional high standard the black pudding starter was a good choice, chicken wings were spicy. A selection of main courses were had and we all really enjoyed them.

my wife & I enjoyed a lovely meal at this restaurant. I enjoyed a lovely meal of slow cooked lamb & helen enjoyed an unusual meal of chicken pendulum which consisted of kebab hanging from a hook making the meat very easy to remove.service from the young lady from Lithuania was excellent.highly recommended.

Description
The New Yorker Restaurant opened its doors in July 2013, and immediately became a favorite in the area. Sleak, modern design, coupled with friendly, warm welcome has won over a regular clientel. The food is amazing. Just read the reviews. The simplicity of great flavour and local produce has proved a winning formula. A fantastic wine menu of Spanish wines, hand selected, award winning, natural, organic and Bio.All you need for a fantastic evening. The restaurant is available for events, private parties, weddings, birthdays
