This was yet another brilliant find... Great value for money... we are staying in the Parador located on the square where he restaurant is located & food is a fraction of the price of the Parador... Garlic soup, peppers olives & fresh tuna to start followed by the best T bone steak I have ever eaten... Staff very friendly &... More

It has past 22 years since the last time I came... I know... A lot. Their views to the Parador de Lerma are awesome. Their food is outstanding, you must try their riñones de lechal, the best I've ever tried in my life! And of course, there lechazo! That's a must. I'll be back, but I won't wait 22 years... More

A group of friends went to have a pre established menu in Lerma. First some "morcilla" and "chorizo" together with a salad. Then came the main dish, a well prepared lamb, delicious! After that dessert, coffee and digestive. Quality was good, service excellent, the waiter was very friendly, why 3 stars then? Because of the price. In my opinion 25€... More

Dined at this restaurant in Sept 15 after a recommendation from friends who had dined there in the past. Great menu in English, although the young lady who served us did not speak any English, but we got what we ordered by cross checking with the Spanish version of the menu. I had the T Bone steak, 21 euros. which... More

We stayed in the Parador opposite and walked across the square. We were warmly greeted by the barmaid and later to be waitress. We had the 56€ menu for two. The menu includes wine but we were allowed to change to a more expensive Rioja with a small supplement without problems. The food was good but more expensive than many... More

My wife and I ate here in Sept 2015. Convivial staff, maybe high prices for the area, food average. OK but probably would look elsewhere if there again. Very pleasant setting.

This restaurant is right in the middle of the lamb region of Spain. They roast the lamb in clay ovens and only use wood as fuel. The result is the most delicious lamb imaginable. We had a large gathering and everyone had the same fixed menu consisting of lamb, fries, salad, dessert and the most lovely red house wine, followed... More

We arrived at 4 pm and in 5 mins we had food on the table. We had morcilla de Burgos, tortilla and "picadillo de cerdo" The food was ok but the service was fast and friendly. We ate in the outside terrace with a great view to "Palacio Ducal" and Plaza Mayor.

This is what it is .... perfect with it's imperfections. The Lechazo aside de Castilla y León is as good as it's simple tomato salad. The feel is relaxed, the service is as friendly as can be. It's Spanish through and through and wonderful. If you are in the region, I would highly recommend this restaurant for anything from a... More

Prepare yourself for an experience at a real small town eatery. Yes, the Lechazo (leg of lamb) is good and hearty, as is the morcilla (blood sausage) -- both rich and savory. The salad is somewhat anemic, but what would one expect in a meat lover's haven? A large party of local folks arrived after we did and seemed to... More
