The food is amazing. The chicken rice is recommended and just try a little bit of everything. Sharing is ideal as you get to taste different things instead of just one.

Like a mad house during peak hours for meal. Scores of people holding vouchers for their free meals and you've to join the bandwagon if you wanna eat there. Wanted a quick lunch but ended spending more than an hour. Can be quite traumatizing if you're mentally weak :P Anyway, place is closed since December 2016 for renovation/expansion works.

The chef-recommended 'Hainanese Pork Chop' that took TWENTY MINUTES to prepare was surprisingly very bad. The steak was cold, hard and everything undesirably you could think of. The other chef-recommended 'Hainanese Chicken Stew' was better, with a mild soup and tasteless chicken, but still just mediocre to me. Despite their expensive pricetags for both dishes, the quality didn't seem to... More

We had coffee and toast set, pork trotter and dry curry chicken that comes up to RM76. I had high expectations for Hainan coffee but this was not up to taste. The dry curry chicken was really dry. Portion was decent. The pig trotter was also decent. Pretty long queue if you were to visit meal times so I suggest... More

We ordered the hainanese chicken chop and fried rice. The fried rice is supposed to have prawns and chicken but there was no prawn and the chicken was very dry. The fried rice itself was too dry as well. The chicken chop was a chicken cutlet drenched in mushroom sauce, with equally drenched wedges and alot of beans. As a... More

Service: All servers look like we owe them a million bucks. Chill~ the chicken rice isn't made out of your meat Food: Personally really like chicken rice. And for a restaurant that seems to specialize in that, I had pretty high expectations. A set of chicken, "fragrant" rice and soup, itd cost about 22rm i think. There was a good... More

This Restaurant near the escalator and also near the Casino Entrance if i'm not mistaken. Mostly Crowded, but the price is not cheap and the taste for me just ordinary taste.

We ordered chicken rice but the rice wasn't hot and it was rather salty with the black soy sauce. It was a small portion and does not come cheap with RM22 without the 6% GST and 10% tax included. The drinks are expensive and the amount is small. I would rather go for the fast food.

There are few choices on Level 2 First World for an easy afternoon tea for our little boy. So you can't go wrong with the traditional Hainanese kaya (means "rich" in Malay) jam toast with half boiled eggs and kopi O (local sieved coffee). It was a very large coffee shop with only a few foreign servers. It took us... More
