Went here for dinner and was served by Filipino servers who were all nice and courteous. The food was excellent, all the dishes we ordered were great! Pros: great food and friendly staff Cons: A bit pricey.

Had a lovely evening at L Orcha. Went there mainly for suckling pig , only to be told they needed 2 days advance notice order. Very disappointing as this is their signature dish and we were in macau for only 2 days. But we had sardines and also Macanese chicken . Both were okay. However the service more than made... More

Away from the casino area is this 40 year old authentic Portuguese restaurant with really delicious cuisine ,attractive decor, and genuinely friendly service and all this at reasonable rates We had the octopus salad which was very generous portion for two, the clams which were about 100 tiny tender clams in a garlic broth, and the stuffed squid which was... I was recommended this restaurant by my brother who had visited it 20 years ago. even after 20 years it was excellent. Since it is best known for its Portuguese food, I stayed with that and actually had two meals there. all my recommendations below are therefore only for the Portuguese food. Costoletas de porco preto, Pork Chop ( black... More

I had not been to A Lorcha for several years but it has mainlined its standards and is very popular. Make sure you book and turn up on time - if you're early you're likely to have to wait, particularly at the weekend. Classic Macanese cuisine and excellent value for money. Really quick, friendly and efficient service. As for wine... More

I have reserved the seat on their official website, however, our seats has not been protected when we arrive the restaurant and it cost us more than 30 mins to wait in the corner. During the time of waiting, no staff come to ask or inform us how long we still need to wait. When we check the bill, the... More

An excellent choice, advised by a friend, which needs an advanced booking. At the time of opening (6:30 p.m.) a long queue of not pre-booked guests lined up at the door. Despite to have been fully occupied, the staff managed all the guests in a very professional way. We got our table (pre-booked) in 2 minutes, our menu in another... More

Don't forget to reserve and come early.. Just a few steps away from Templo de Ama. :) We loved the portuguese fried rice, ox tail stew and the clams!
