lamb was great. fish was partly raw and inedible. waitress confirmed and only consideration was to remove from the bill and that was not communicated and did not happen without much further discussion. very poor behavior for a restaurant in this category.

I recently had the pleasure of eating at this incredible restaurant. I had dinner there with 10 friends. We had been traveling in Iceland for almost a week. We had some great meals, but this was absolutely the best. I will for ever dream of...Fish Soup. The staff was amazing and the ambiance was perfect. What a perfect little restaurant!More

A phenomenal dining experience from start to finish! We both had the 5-course meal and thought it was absolutely divine! Every course was bursting with flavor and creativity: fried seaweed and crispy fish skin paired with a homemade seaweed wine, a delectable seafood soup, a...sparkling blueberry sorbet, sautéed fish with a creamy barley side, and a hot chocolate cake to die for! We loved the whole experience—from the enchanting dining area to the friendly and attentive staff to the culinary adventure we experienced. What an incredibly special and memorable meal! Everything was absolutely perfect. Please do yourself a favor and make a reservation ASAP!More

This was the best restaurant we ate at during our stay in Iceland. The food was fantastic as well as the service. They serve fish, meat and vegetarian entrees. It gets crowded so make reservations

Tried this restaurant due to excellent reviews and immediately struck by the great view and simple and classy decor. Prompt attention from a sweet knowledgeable server. Great wine list including a wonderful Amarone. Nightly specials included fresh white fish and red fish. One other party...member had seafood soup with scallops. All absolutely delicious. A wonderful evening by all. A surprising find in this location. A definite place to return and one you should visit when in the area.More

We absolutely LOVED this restaurant! It is spotless and absolutely adorable. Someone here is very skilled by the hand crocheted towels and “basket” in the restroom - also the window toppers. Our server was very pleasant. The food is very good. We had the fish...soup as a starter - very hearty. Then the lamb shank and fish of the day (flounder) with the barley (so good). Highly recommend!More
