We were greeted in English by the charming Italian owner who guided us through the menu and was prepared to accommodate our desire to share the courses so we could fully sample all the dishes we were interested in. The seafood dishes are inspired by...Tuscan cuisine and elegantly served. The service was excellent and wine in half bottles was available. The decor was very contemporary with stunning lighting. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We highly commend this delightful restaurant.More

We were here before and we’re very happy we came again! The food is really delicious. We had ‘tartare di tonno’ and one of the best pasta’s ever! Special pasta made with lemon and pepper and with ‘pesce e crostacei di mare’. As a dessert...fresh strawberries with mascarpone and chocolate sticks. I would definitely recommend people to book a table in this restaurant!More

The best ‘crudo’ we ever had!!! So fresh, so delicious, so beautiful made on the plate. A dinner we’ll never forget! We look forward to come back!

Let Enrico advise you on what to have for lunch. Fresh food, cooked with love. A lovely and simple wine list will add the rest. I will come back for sure. Ps great choice for price/quality. Simone

Again we had a very good time at Nonna Isola! We love to come here when we’re in Tuscany. The food is fresh and really very good! The people are very friendly and the service is perfect. We just love to go here. Feeling at...home, but I would like I could cook like this!More

Had an excellent meal here last night, but the whole dining experience was not wonderful. We loved the colourful glasses on the tables, but otherwise the decor feels rather bare and empty, there was little atmosphere, one waiter was rather surly, and for the price...we paid, the service should have been more professional: our plates were cleared within about 5 seconds of us finishing our meal, and my credit card was taken from the table and not returned until about 5 minutes later.More

Nice place with quite a good menu and food, but not recommended for those dining with young children as particular members of the staff did not seem to tolerate children in the least let alone make an attempt to be civil with their parents. Hostility...was definitely not in keeping with the ethos of restaurants in Italy. Will not go back notwithstanding good food standards.More

I give five stars not often. This place is just special, elegant, so fine! The quality of fish is unbelievable, winter is a good season: little bit less guests, more quite and more choices. The kitchen has modern concept/approach. Local has a great class and...people are so gentle.More

Excellent. What can I say? It's one of my favorite restaurants so far. Wonderful service, very high quality food and presentation. Friendly and delicate attention. I love how the chef presented the recipes and carefully explained them. I would definitely come back here.
