This is a smaller version, of its bigger version behind The Big B Supermarket. the Hastings version has consistently good sandwhichs, desserts and good coffees. it is good value for money. The Hastings one located by the Amaryllis Hotel is a short walk from the historic Garisson Area which also houses the excellent Barbados Museum

We found this place on our second day of holiday and became addicted to the carrot cake which is some of the best that I have tasted anywhere in the world ! The appearance does not do credit to the quality and you can easily miss the place as it is quite small and the sign is obscured by trees... More

We went here a couple of times for lunch as it was an easy walk along the beach from our hotel, the Hilton. Coffee was good and amazing choice of wraps, bagels and salads. Service was ok. Unfortunately, the second time we went was for a late lunch (2pm) on the Saturday and they had run out of a lot... More

Very good coffee and good service. A good place to stop and relaxing after your morning walk or swim.

Only coffee house in the area and they are good. (Qualifier, we are Seattleites) As others have commented, they have reasonable prices. Nice place to grab a quick breakfast: egg and ham breakfast sandwich, fruit cup, bagel with cheese. About a 10 minute walk from Hilton. Easy to find as its right on the main highway. Not sure why someone... More

Im not sure if the Bajan culture agrees with coffee like the Europeans, their coffee was ok, not on a par with the likes of Costa, Starbucks or Nero, but the best there was within walking distance of my hotel. With stronger coffee it would be fabulous. The huge Lilly pond out back with water fountains, Geckos running about and... More

This is an excellent place to stop for a cold drink in the afternoon or morning. They make an excellent carrot cake and the chocolate cake is also delicious. It is located behind the Big B grocery store in a small enclave of shops and offices. There is a lovely lily pond - go in the morning if you want... More

Thank goodness we found the Coffee Bean on our second day. You can get muffins, bagels, croissants and/or other pastries with coffee for a reasonable price. It saved our budget tremendously! Must get the coconut bread....I'm still thinking about it. Unfortunately, they closed for Christmas and Boxing Day - but didn't disclose that, so we walked there from our hotel... More

Coffee bean is a chain and can be found at other locations around the island. We have visited two outlets, each time for lunch and had very good and reasonably priced food. The places we visited were smart, modern and very clean and the food was fresh, clean and healthy with ample servings. HIghly recommended!
