This establishment has a rich history, wonderful ambience, attentive service, and most importantly perfectly prepared and presented food. It isn't overly priced, and it is enjoyed by both locals and travelers. We highly recommend it.

Set in a mill that ran from 1100 until around 1990, the restaurant is has plenty of atmosphere. You can go into the basement to see the old mill equipment and look through glass in the floor to see the steam rushing beneath your feet. Our server was very friendly and spoke English, and the food was excellent. The chef... More

We went here, because our host of Casina di Anna in Staggia told us to, and we were extremely happy with that choice. The food is perfect and high quality. The ambiance is also really nice with the big mill stones in the basement. Service is right in its place with nice people and good timing. Simply a very good... More

We visited this restaurant in July twice. The fist time we set on the terras, the food was very good, service impeccable, and I gave a 5 star rating. As we thought it was good, we came back later in the week. The terras was full and we got a table in the restaurant, all alone. As such no problem,... More

Try the Il Fiorentina! DELICIOUS! Also, go at sunset and you'll enjoy the views! The cool thing about this restaurant were the wonderfully attentive waiters. They took pride in their work and the food/wine they presented. Also, this place has the most incredible bread!!! If you want a romantic evening in this great town, we recommend Molino il Moro!

A fascinating restaurant built out of an old water mill. It has a terrace on the roof that had a lovely relaxed ambience when we visited. The maitre'd speaks perfect English and was very welcoming and chatty without being oppressive. They catered for my wife's Coeliac disease (my daughter speaks Italian and heard him asking the waitress to let the... More

We had diner here with the family, 3 kids between 9 and 17. The staff were very friendly and professional, the food was just gorgeous. We all chose different 1st and 2nd rounds, but every plate looked great and tasted even better. Just a shame that they didn't have a rosato on. The winelist apart from some sparkling wine. Nevertheless,... More
