This is now a Tapas restaurant, which also has a bar. Staff very charming and attentive. One waitress speaks excellent English too. Food of very high quality and good value. Very innovative food, very well presented. Not an easy place to find though! Would highly recommend

The location is nice being in the oldest street in Draguignan, just above the old Market Place, sadly though this means there is no outside seating area. The restaurant is a rather small very modern interior, recently restyled from its previous Micheline starred Restaurant style to a Tapas bar. The food is delicious and freshly prepared - we had three... More

Bit difficult to find in a dark street. What a surprise when you're inside. Nice decorated with good airco. Interesting menu format, limited (or must say focused) with great dishes. I even took desert 😁 Beautiful house wine. Good and fast service. Surprise of the holiday so far

This restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel where we stayed this December. We were the only couple there on Wednesday night (The advantages of travel in Provence off season) and the service was superb. Really we felt like it was a private romantic dinning! The food was ok and combined many different flavors. The chef chose to experiment... More

Dishes were light, delicious, varied in style and taste, interesting and excitingly innovative. Excellent service, wonderful wine, a memorable evening.

We have had several great meals in this restaurant, but it seems that getting one star has created a problem. The service was not up to par and aloof, the food imprecise and the wine menu poorly chosen for the menu we ordered.

We were very excited about Draguignan finally having a restaurant with a Michelin star. All the greater was our disappointment. Every dish had some fruit or some other ingredient which did not go with the rest of the food, e.g. the grilled mango was not ripe and mixed with passion fruit and several other ingredients which spoiled the mango. The... More

We just walked in after I looked the place up on my Blackberry on a day trip to Draguignan and they very obligingly accepted us. The starter was a parsnip and mushroom based foam and vegetable array followed by a beef cheek ragout in a 'boeuf aux carottes' style typical of French bistrot cuisine. It was exquisite! Dessert was a... More

If visiting the Cotes de Provence wine area in the south of France, take time out to dine at Cote Rue in Draguignan old town, where Benjamin Collombat, a rising star of French cuisine showcases his considerable talent. Housed in a listed XIX century building, the dining room is stylish, cool and relaxing.Colombat's food is modern, full of interesting and... More
