There are few restaurants in Tobermory and all that we tried were very good. We liked the House salad and the addition of the shrimp option made a full meal. I liked their Porter and was pleased that they had a 1/2 pint option.

Beautiful views. Service was ok $14 for a plate of mediocre fries 🍟 tho was a bit much Fish & chips dry again mediocre Maybe we hit a bad day
Sorry we weren't impressed 😒 chicken on salad was bland, our server was nice. My husband didn't care for the beer and he's a beer drinker.
Had a good burger and beer, the staff was friendly, though they seemed short-staffed. Many people were waiting awhile to be seated and I saw some people had to walk over to the bar to ask for service. Definitely not the servers fault as they...were definitely hustling around. Not a remarkable spot, but I still left satisfied.More
The food quality here has declined significantly over the past five years. Our Monday dinner choices, lamb burgers and vegetable prima vera, were unavailable. Maybe it was a busy weekend…but no burgers and pasta, really? We opted for fish tacos and fish and chips. The...fish and chips were over-fried. Half of the fries were brown, crisp broken bits. The fish coating was dark and tough. Neither fish nor chips were hot. It all looked literally thrown on the plate. With the fish tacos, the tacos were sodden, the fish was dry, tough and barely warm. Friendly service didn’t make up for mediocre food.More
Overpriced and none of the beers were exceptional for a craft brewery. The food was okay. I would go back as the patio, location and staff were all great. Beer prices and taste could use come tweaks. The funniest thing you will read about, hear...people talking about at the restaurant and notice on the menu is the $14 French fries! I guess the potatoes come a long way from PEI 😂 Come on……..More
I have been to the Tobermory Brewing Company and Grill many times and always had a great experience. Today I brought a few friends and I was very disappointed at the way we were treated. We walked in to see if there was seating inside....We were told by the bartender that we were to wait outside to be seated, by the sign. I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment and I was very embarrassed that I had brought my friends there. Luckily we were able to find what we needed at Coconut Joes where we were warmly welcomed by staff and had a great experience!More
We had a lovely meal here. Vegetarians can enjoy a little choice here and the burgers were excellent. Great service too.
We were in Tobermory 3 days, came here everyday! Food was great, beer was cold and very tasty, service awesome! Bought a couple glasses to take home!
My son in law thought the range of beers was very good, I had diet coke. Lunch pricing was mid range with a reasonable range of burger type meals on offer. My burger was a little overcooked but the other three in our party said...that what they had ordered was okay. Daughter was able to find something that suited her vegan/vegetarian wishes.More
Great poutine and an awesome flight of beer! Overall this was a very yummy lunch and we had a great time there.
best place to eat in Tobermorie (we tryed most other places...) food is great (we did not tr the beers that are suposedly excellent) great seating facing the harbor
Food was ok - bit expensive. Service and staff were good. Drinks were decent, ambiance and atmosphere was cosy ad cute Would come back for the drinks, but not the food.
Terrible experience Stay away from this place, i visitors the town of tobermory with my wife during the month of April and stumbled upon this place. Dint really hear good things about this place from the locals but still wanted to give it a try...as literally this was the only place open. Upon arrival the place seemed decent, the beer was whatever and the food was totally awful. I am sorry but how hard is it to cook basic pub food ? Their menu was as basic as it can be, I ordered the nachos (which was really bland and tasteless) and chicken wings which were poor quality, skinny and over cooked. I didn’t even receive the right flavour I ordered. The owner lady was sitting behind us with her laptop talking loudly and yelling which just disrupted the the vibe and was super annoying. Sure it’s a small town and off season, but the poor taste doesn’t justify for appetizers priced at almost $20 each. Nothing special about this place at all., go elsewhere and save your money. . After posting the review on google some valuable critique and showing the areas of improvement, I get an amazing response from the management online full of false and funny acquisitions. Great work ethics and business management haha. View the pictures uploaded and see for yourself. CheersMore
Definitely upgrade to the poutine with your burger, or skip the burger and just go all in on a poutine dinner. So good! We each also had a flight of beer... here it is 5 5oz pours!
