The waiter did an excellent job communicating in english. They also had a menu in english. Our pasta with fish was really good and the bread was amazing.

We were hungry after climbing to the top of the Vesuvio and by chance we stopped at thi newly refurbished reastaurant. We did not expect too much, but on the contraary the food was excellent. The mozzarella absolutely fresh and delicious, so was the baccala, the wines reasonable and well priced. The old waiter was very nice and helpful. The... More

After touring Ercalano, it was nice to relax and enjoy the view at this restaurant. Tours stop here so the place may be crowded, but there is plenty of space.

We had great service and food. I ordered the pizza formaggio. It is the best pizza I have had this whole trip. The prices were very low. Would definitely recommend.

We have a dinner there. Despite some negative responses below about service didn't noticed anything bad. All was served in time, the waiter was polite, no any signs of problems below. But food left mixed feelings. While antipasti do Mare was exceptional, really tasty octopus, small fish and other. And the size was really BIG :) But marinated salmon was... More

Infact the outside of the place looks pretty unkept but it was recommended by the place we stayed (le Fumarole) so we tried it. The service was typically slow but we had the seafood pasta and it was outstanding! I would recommend it.

Our family of four ate here on Friday 25 October. The place was almost empty, but that meant we had attentive service. I had octopus followed by spaghetti Vongole. The food was good. No problems. Don't know why the previous reviews were poor. We liked the place!

We came here on the recommendation of our driver after having climbed Vesuvius. I should have known from the tacky and run down interior that this wasn't a good choice. Nonetheless, we sat down and waited to be welcomed. We waited. Waited. Waited. Locals came and were served immediately. Finally we got the attention of a busboy and asked if... More
