Our coffee is made with 100% Arabica beans, sourced from the world's most renowned growing regions. We also offer specialty beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, iced and frozen coffee, hot chocolate, tea and real fruit Quenchers. Grab a quick snack or delicious meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy our freshly cracked Canadian eggs until 4pm. Average Tim's, but quite busy and the line up during lunch is quite long. Nice and pleasant staff though.

No Gluten free options and certain servers mess the orders up every morning! I have to double check to make sure it is what i ordered and I'm not the only one who has experienced this.

Tim Hortons was the very first stop I made during my brief tour of the Kitimat area. I didn’t stop here necessarily because I love Tim Hortons (I wouldn’t say I do); rather, it had more to do with familiarity. When I landed in town, I was a bit peckish and, rather than risk trying a new establishment right away, opted to go for something predictable. As it turned out, this proved to be a good choice because everything I ordered – ice cap, cruller and ham & cheddar sandwich – was good and up to the standard I expect of this chain. In fact, I’d even posit that this Tim’s was better than average because the ice cap was creamy and flavourful (rather than watery as a lot have been lately) and the sandwich tasted very fresh. In short, it was a great start to my Kitimat adventure. As for the physical grounds, I think this may very well be a new-ish Tim Hortons? It certainly struck me as such. The grounds were clean and the building looked relatively new. Either that or it was recently renovated. In any event, this location was a good representative of the Tim Hortons brand and chain. FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 4/5 RECOMMENDATION: Well, a Tim Hortons is a Tim Hortons is a Tim Hortons. At least that’s typically true when it comes to “taste.” Where things vary, I find, is in site cleanliness and staff friendliness. A number of Tim’s locations are suspect when it comes to cleanliness and still even more have staff that isn’t overly friendly. Thankfully, that’s not the case with the Kitimat location. Same your money go to A&W,

Same your money go to A&W, made an order 2 bacon wraps, 3 sausage farmers wraps, and 2 breakfast muffins. Driving away we noticed we received ALL grilled sausage wraps. No sausage muffins!! This place don’t care what you get as long as they served you, and your out of there facility. McDonald’s is way better at service maybe Tim Hortons employee’s need to go and spend a day at their establishment. For real !!

Terrible just terrible

I’ve been in quite a few Tim Hortons. This Tims is by far the worst managed I’ve been to. Rude staff, poor management and the service is pathetic. They specialize in coffee. Coffee is probably one of the most ordered products on the menu. Every single time I order a coffee or a tea it’s wrong. How can that be? They make this every 10-20 seconds (probably more) and it’s wrong every time! We will not support Kitimat Tim Hortons ever again. I tell everyone about the bad service and yet it’s busy as it’s Tim Hortons. I hear other people having the same experience yet they are still busy!?! It’s only going to get worse with LNG coming in as this small town has very little choices for coffee shops. Why do we not have a Starbucks already!!?!?!?

possibly the worst run timmies in Canada,short staffed and terrible management.when they are short staffed they just lock the doors and don't even put up a sign to explain the reason

Tim Bits....first in 5 years was a must here the other day. The toilets in this store sadly never seem to get cleaned. The food and the service is always great here.
