A great place to wind down after a long day. Staff is very friendly and attentive, and they have clearly put a lot of thought into creating a safe dining experience, while not being stifling. Food is great, good beer selection.

Ordered the sirloin beef dip with fries and while it was greasy it was delish! Also ordered the Vancouver Island Iced Tea which was good too.

The service was the worst ever experienced and the food was not very good either. Our waitress was especially bad although she seemed quite sweet at first. Disappointing at best. After many visits here it doesn’t get any better. Food is hot and miss and even at best it’s just average. My biggest complaint here is the servers clean up glasses and plates from tables. Grabbing them by the tops. Then after...putting them in the dirty dish trays go right to serving your drinks and adding the garnishes to your drink without ever washing their hands. I find this disgusting.More

We had to wait to be seated even though we reserved a space. No one was available to seat us for 10 mins at the door. The kitchen was backed up for reserved orders and the staff looked super stressed. The food was OK. I...had a salad that I found too sweet for my taste but the ingredients tasted fresh. Went in for dinner last week myself. The restaurant was very busy, so I was a bit hesitant to sit and have a meal. To my surprise, I was greeted right away, and was brought a glass of red wine within minutes. I was already...impressed as I know how difficult serving during a busy rush can be, and being by myself I can easily be forgotten about. My server was very friendly, and never had a frown on her face despite how stressed out she must have been. I ordered a steak which was cooked to perfection, and I am usually picky with how my steak is cooked. My server then ensured I was doing alright and enjoying my meal, and did not skip a beat when offering me dessert. (Of course I had to order, how could I say no?) Despite how busy it was, i was well looked after I get everyone around me. Very impressed. With the service and my meal. I will definitely be coming back often!More

Excellent food. Wait was a little long as it got busy very fast. Servers handled the rush well. Kept our drinks full and ensured we were enjoying ourselves. We will definitely be back.

I visited Mr.Mikes in Kitimat in August 1 for dinner. I ordered a steak and it was one of the best I have had in years. It was cooked to perfection and was seasoned fantastic. There was no delay in service and the whole experience...was wonderful. Excellent place to eat!More
