Juliette was recommended by a local and we went for a walk and saw the location and the view was excellent. The food and service was better than the view. We had the Cerole shrimp and use the rice to ensure we did not waste the sauce (it was that good). We ensured we came back for our last night as it was the best meal we had. A must stop for lunch or dinner

We enjoyed an early lunch on a beautiful breezy day. The deck has a stunning view. We both had Mahi and local veggies served with rice. Julietta took time to show us the crystal phinn which was one of the sides. Ice cream topped it off nicely.

The service and food was excellent here. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. Go at sunset to enjoy the scenery.

If you like chewing through clenched teeth and paying through your nose, look no further. We had dinner here on our last night on the island and it was a letdown of Shakespearean proportion.
Half the menu was “not available” and the rest was clearly a few days old - lazily warmed up by the uncaring staff. All four of our dishes were barely edible, even by hungry kids who normally wouldn’t care.
It’s a short walk up from Marigot Bay and the views must have been great during the day, which would be the only saving grace of this place.
To complete the picture, the bill was obscene, even by resort standards.
Stay away - and if, like Juliet, you care for poison, at least find a cheaper venue.

Shame Julietta can't make sauces. The quality of our steak was excellent. The shrimp were large, flavorsome and generous. Unfortunately the steak came with a tasteless and incipid "peppercorn" sauce with literally not one single peppercorn, and the shrimp came with a Creole sauce similarly weak and lacking in any spice or flavour.
It's a nice, friendly, informal place with great views down over the creek, so 3 stars for that, but really she should taste her food before serving.

The food is ok, the view is fabulous, the bill is astronomical. Too expensive for the plates served. Regretted spending an evening there .

We enjoyed our dinner at Jullietta"s. They sent a taxi for us and we loved the restaurant and the dinners especially the salmon and pork chops were wonderful! Juliette was willing to cook the fish according to our food allergy needs.

Just had drinks. Best view in Marigot Bay, hence the five stars Limited menu as they only serve what is fresh. Meet Julietta, nice lady.

I was in this restaurant with a group of friends less than a month ago and was very disappointed as well. It's seems odd to me the restaurant is on on the top list.
At least 50% of food from menu wasn't available in spite the owner was notified of eight people group to arrive ahead of time. Booking was done a few months ahead. When we finally made a selection from the rest of the menu, we had to wait for couple of hours before food arrived. I had curry chicken and it was either over dried or the chicken was 20 year old.
Juliette herself was "so stressed" as she said since she had our group and 2 more couples in her restaurant this night. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. There are many more much better restaurants in Marigot bay.

This scenic restaurant / bar is the best of St Lucia at Marigol Bay. Alicia was the friendliest hostess with our drinks and visit, and the view on the hilltop is absolutely the best. Make sure you make the hike (or take a taxi).

I booked a table for a group of our friends at this restaurant and it turned out to be a big mistake. They didn't have almost the half of the menu despite the fact that the owner knew that the group of right people are coming over for a dinner. After they took an order it took them more than 2 hours to prepare a dinner. No drinks were offered, no bread or something while we were waiting. We saw two more couples eating, so the restaurant was not even full. The food was nothing to write about, very mediocre at least. Julietta doesn't respond to emails, you can't reach her over the phone, probably she has only walk in people. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The only positive thing was her husband picked us up on time. It was a ruined evening for everybody, including her. It's not the way to attract the customers to your restaurant by keeping them waiting for food for hours.

I can't say enough about Julietta's. I tried 2 different places by the water before going up the hill. Every place has been good, but Jullietta's was the best. I had to return for more.
Food does take a little while to prepare, but worth it. I had the mahi mahi, and it was the best I've had. It came with local veggies including bread fruit, green beans, plantains. Excellent!

Should have heeded the Trip Advisor reviews over locals recommendations on this one. Should have also left when the first red flags came up. First, told credit card machine was not working. Well we had some EC set aside for something else but figured we could get more if we needed. Then, no conch fritters, which was one of the draws (aside from several locals recommending we come here). But, we stayed because several locals had recommended and, well, usually you don't go wrong with local recommendation. We were the only ones there when we got there and until after we had our entrees. Yet, it still took forever to get food. I understand it is just Julietta cooking, but it was just 4 of us and noone else in the restaurant. I can put a meal for the four of us on the table in a fraction of the time this took. Then, the bill came and we were floored. 699 EC! We were thinking we were going to have to walk down to the ATM. Then the server came back and said that wasn't right. We said, whew! The correct bill wasn't much less shocking. Now 580EC, which we barely made by guessing at how much US to add to make up our short. And, I am sad to say the quality was not near worth that price. Sure, we ordered a bottle of wine. It wasn't that good, so we weren't expecting it to be a 100EC bottle of wine! It was a not so good Pinot Grigio. I had just gotten a bottle of that at the grocery earlier in the day for 18EC (and it is a much better wine)! Food was okay. The fish cakes were quite good - our compromise for the missing conch fritters. Entrees pretty bland. I think a little bit of salt would have brought out more of the flavors. So disappointing for our last dinner on the island. I have to wonder if the locals are just recommending it to help Julietta out with her business. I know they aren't eating there.

Visited for dinner with family and had such a wonderful meal we decided to have lunch on our last day. Then found out it would be closed as it’s low season but amazingly we were told she would open just for us. Above and beyond. A huge thank you.
We were not to be disappointed it was simply one of the best meals we ate in St Lucia. Freshly home cooked local cuisine at a reasonable price. Perfect service
Would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Oh and incidentally a superb view over Marigot Bay.
Will hopefully be back.
