Well deserved 5 star rating. I have tried the pizza, panzerotti, penne in rose sauce, veal on a bun, meatballs, lasagna, coffee and also the desserts : zeppoli, cheesecake and lobster tails - all absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. As a Caledon east resident, I am very happy this wonderful bakery is here. As for atmosphere : very clean and inviting. Staff : very polite and professional each and every time. I have also tried the order and pick up - once again everything on time and hot ! I will be ordering my catering from here. Veramente stupefacente !

Very close to Caledon Trailways. Outdoor seating with picnic tables during this Covid phase of no dining in. One table in the shade.Busy spot as people just kept coming and going. Cafeteria style serving up a variety of food from sandwich (hot and cold), pastas, salads, pizza plus many other dishes’ Everything looked delicious. Then there are the pastries and ice cream. Well staffed. Specialty coffees such as iced coffee. The sausage sandwich with melted cheese and loaded with vegetables was served on a soft and chewy bun was delicious. Two types of lasagna and both looked very appetizing, but we will have to come back to try them. Great spot to pick up a hot lunch and make a picnic out of it.

Good location makes for a perfect stop as you walk or ride the trail. Nice amount of patio and umbrella covered tables outdoor. I could only try an excellent chocolate croissant and a good coffee. Nice bike rack outside

This place can literally rob you without using any physical force. We ordered 4 sandwiches and got charged $12.64 for toppings. Apparently the sandwiches don't come with any toppings and each topping is extra. It costs $50.64 for 4 sandwiches and we thought we just ordered food from a Ritz Carlton food menu. The food tastes average.

We stopped by Four Corners after a walk on the trails. While all of the younger staff wore masks, noticed 3 staff members who were in the back, where the food is cooked were not wearing their masks. One older man staff/owner even walked passed me when I was waiting for the washroom....mask was around his neck, and we were definitely NOT 6 feet apart. Not feeling to safe after seeing this.

I frequently stop at this eatery next to the Rail Trail where it intersects Airport Road. I gave it 3 stars as I generally only get coffee and a muffin or a bakery treat (both are good) but do not feel my rating is based on the hot table food available which I see most people eating. 4.5 Star rating for the Staff, always smiling and friendly. 5 Star rating for Location if you are Rail Trail user. The decor is a great improvement over the old eatery that once occupied this site. Lots of parking out front or on Airport Road. A good place to take a break and chat.

Food was very good. Surprisingly good considering unassuming nature of the venue. Homemade pasta was very nice in lasagna. I had a side of Italian sausage - it was very good (mild not spicy ). Authentic homemade sauce Fresh crusty rolls were also very good crusty and very fresh. For dessert I had cherry strudel - it was great. We also had a pastry with strawberry and cream - very good. Cafeteria style hot table had numerous delicious offerings. Many guests had the breaded veal on a bun with sauce - they were raving about them. Most servers were good to very good. One wasn’t particularly pleasant. Definitely will return. Represented good value.

First time visiting this bakery. It was quite far from Toronto (about 45 minutes by car), but glad I stopped in. I had a veal sandwich with all the toppings. It was quite good. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also had a cappuccino-also delicious. The staff were quite friendly. Lots of seating inside and outside.

I am a very large fan of this establishment . Food is a little pricy but I believe it is worth it . I always come in on the weekends and am relatively happy with the service . Lately I’ve been getting served by an older blonde lady and a younger dark haired lady . I don’t think I’ve ever seen them smile . I hate to say it but they have no customer service . I almost stopped coming to 4 corners completely until I was served by a younger blonde lady . She was happy , energetic and extremely helpful. She Informed me of the combos and specials and was fast and friendly . She is by far the best lady who has served me in a long time . Would highly suggest eating here . It’s fantastic and I hope you get the young blonde girl to serve you !

With no chain coffee shop around, you start to get antsy that you cant find something quick and "safe" to eat in a small town and have a coffee unless you drive for another 15 mins... then you drive by Four Corner... What a treat!! very modern interior with all that an italian bakery should have... sweets, great coffee, and hot table with delicious food. All i wanted was a coffee and a donut and ended up walking out with 4 boxes of treats, couple slices of really good pizza and a smile on my face. What a great surprise. very nice and friendly... and patient staff. if you are driving on Airport road going up north, dont bother with the next tims... stop by here and have a real treat. Great job
