Super discovery after a beautiful evening in the Abers, Market menu at 32€, we really feasted and the price is frankly not excessive compared to the quality, freshness and excellent cuisine of local products.
I highly recommend and congratulate the chef for his haddock and carrot and pork mince, a real delight! Thanks to the table service which was the care.

2nd visit to this restaurant.
Staff always very welcoming, pleasant, helpful, caring for their customers.
The plate is of good quality, well presented.

A cozy contemporary setting with several rooms, pleasant staff, but cuisine below the expected level in an establishment where the minimum price of a dish is 35 euros....I for my part took 1 menu at 49 euros on 3 courses, only the starter was really delicious (lotte gravlax on its seaweed waffle and lemon mousse), The place dish and its small vegetables (frozen green vegetables which floated in an emulsion ????) Only the cooking the fish saves the dish....and to finish off a chocolate and coconut dessert that I could have eaten in a good truck!!! Moreover, a friend had soft grilled octopus with saffron rice, which we had to send back to the kitchen, the hard octopus inedible.... in short, a big disappointment for a restaurant which also presents a wine list to prohibitive prices!!! The lack of tablecloth and cloth napkin in a restaurant that aims to be upscale is a mistake....

Lunch during the month of August, down compared to a few years ago according to regulars - making you wonder if the chef was really in the kitchen.
The tasting menu is uneven, the ceviche was sorely lacking in seasoning, the presentation of the langoustine which arrives on its back on one of the plates... the Saint Pierre was very good but in too limited a quantity, nothing to complain about the grenadine of veal which was delicious.
Then a strawberry dessert... good but nothing more (the plate lacks crunch and the juice soaks the sponge cake...).
For 89 euros per menu, we expect better and with more care on the plate.
The other menu is also disappointing, rack of pork is announced and we see a slice of pork belly arriving... certainly well cooked but that is not what is offered on the menu, the fruit dessert is not very tasty, the yuzu is completely absent although advertised - it is not worth 49 euros.
Young but willing service team who lack a little "professional reflexes", the "carafe" of filtered water for 4 euros - this has unfortunately become quite common among restaurateurs.
A decent lunch but nothing more, disappointing value for money.

We discovered this restaurant exactly two years ago and loved our menu for less than €30, unfortunately, 2 years have passed and we were very disappointed by our menu at €49 even though we were really looking forward to returning to Vioben . The starter was very good and very successful, but the main course, octopus and paella, was too fatty, and did not have much in the way of gastronomy. The same goes for dessert, heavy to the point of not being able to finish it….
In short, we left disappointed because we were having a lunch party in this restaurant and the value for money was clearly not up to par.

Nothing to say about the quality on the plate and the choice of what is offered, it is excellent.
Only one point is really disappointing, it bothered us during the entire service: with the legitimate pretension displayed on the menu, the direct service on laminate tables, without tablecloths or placemats with very simple paper napkins (gulps! ) is really not acceptable!
The taste pleasure is not enough to make us forget this real style error.

Very pleasant decoration chosen with taste, large spaces, quite quiet.
On a menu for €49.90 only the dish (pollock with small green vegetables) was refined, a shame considering the prices!!!! The monkfish gralax too salty, while the rice pudding tasteless and especially not creamy (the boss told us that this was intentional...)

We had a great time in this establishment.
The interior setting is very friendly and the dishes served do not mismatch the setting.
The cuisine is serious from starter to dessert.

Dinner for two, menus at €49. It's well cooked, the cooking is almost right (slight overcooking of the place, but it's ok). On the other hand, it is without surprise, linear and without brilliance. : monkfish gravelax good but nothing more, the cooking of the octopus was correct, the rice timbale very classic but everything was a bit tone-on-tone. The not transcendent coconut chocolate dessert and red fruits with a scoop of simplistic yuzu ice cream. For 49€ you could expect something else and I don't think it's worth it, even if the products are quality. Other nearby restaurants offer menus with fresh seasonal produce at these prices (or even cheaper) which are a little more sought after. In short, we are disappointed. The restaurant does not live up to its reputation. Ah! I forgot: the carafe of water for €4 doesn't work and it's rather petty.... even if it's filtered.

We invited our children and really appreciated the Vioben: a warm welcome, a choice place, excellent and professional service, quality of the dishes: Oysters, langoustines of incredible freshness, perfect eggs, stuffed pigeons, pollack, St Pierre cooked with great subtlety and finally the magnificent variation of chocolate

We knew Vioben before with a pastry chef and extraordinary desserts. The lost brioche, very disappointing and the barbue fish dish very expensive and nothing extraordinary.
