Outstanding restaurant with excellent food (particularly loved the gazpacho and the rice with red prawn carpaccio on top). The dessert of strawberries with cotton candy and caramelized strawberries was very good too. What is unusual is the level of service which can often fall short...in Spain. Not at this restaurant. Attentive staff from the hotel reception who walks you into the restaurant to the waiters. Friendly, professional, helpful and efficient (a word not often used in Spain). The setting is next to the pool with choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The outdoor pool view was very nicely sheltered. The waiter had the attention to detail to move the setting on the table so I sit in more shade on a sunny 33 degrees day... Extraordinary service even compared to Michelin starred restaurants or higher starred hotels. A must visit restaurant for Formentera.More

We were staying at the Blanco Hotel so was easy for us to find! You order your food by ipad that the waiter hands to you and shows the pictures of the dishes. Believe me that the food looks just as good as the 1...in the picture, virtually identical and tastes great aswell. Like with most restaurant on this island, it's not cheap to eat out, however the waiter was very attentive throughout. We were given free warms rolls and alioli and olives to start with and were pleasantly surprised to see that these were not added to the bill at the end (like with some other restaurants)! The food tasted great and we left very satisfied - thank you.More
