We came here because we had been to the location in Amos, where we had good service and good food. This was a very different story here. We ordered the half chicken with two breasts, something that is apparently only available on the English menu...(there's two separate listings for half chickens, one with thighs and one with breasts) and a rack of ribs. We waited for over 30 minutes for this to find out that it would be up in 2 minutes (they forgot) and then the wrong thing came out! Instead of the half chicken, we got a quarter chicken!! Not even close! When there was a problem, we were totally ignored and blown off. Will never be returning and will tell everyone to not come here (I live very locally). The food is also ridiculously overpriced as a quarter chicken. Horrible manager with terrible customer service skills (none actually. She applauded that we would NEVER be back.) Someone like that should be fired instantly!!More
