We stayed in Provence in the nearby town of Faucon and made this restaurant a destination on several occasions. Every time we were impressed and enjoyed the food and the ambiance. Highly recommend!

The father before, and the son now, family and friends, all a "smala" nice and making good; I discovered many a wine of the surroundings and farther due to the son, a connoisseur. It's always a joyful soirée when we come there.
We had spotted this in the Gite Journal, and took a shot at it for a special farewell dinner. Although tucked away in the village centre, you can follow the signs to the restaurant, and find their car park just a few yards down the...More
We've had three most enjoyable meals here already this season. The chef is the same as last year, and while you might find more sophisticated food (at a price) in the area, you certainly won't find a better combination of cuisine, ambience, and friendly service...More
Initially hesitant on arrival but this turned out to be a very pleasant lunch in delightful setting. Local wines sensibly priced. We opted for the menu which had good choice( see photo). Everything we had was delicious and beautifully presented.

New season, new cuisinier, but same friendly reception from Cedric and Giselle. Another delicious meal. Indoors on March Sunday evening of course but looking forward to being able to eat in the lovely garden again later on.
The patio setting is lovely but the food does not live up to the environment. I think the team at Gironcedre needs to work on improving the 'wow factor' of their cooking. The meal was very average, not bad enough to complain about not good...More
