Service, food and location were all good, but not as good as locals made us believe. The dish of the day was very good.

Loved it hear. Great value plat du jour (unfortunately the dessert du jour had sold out but will return another time and also arrive earlier). Pizzas were also amazing! Really friendly and efficient service. The terrace area was really great too!

I’ve never wrote a review for a restaurant before, but I make an exception for this one. We (wife and I) only ordered a main course and recieved it within 5 min. We were gone in 15 min, because the pizza was cold and the...gnocchi was mircowaved. I even felt sick and complained to the waiter. They wanted to call me an ambulance and didn’t believe me. I feel really insulted and sick of the meal.. I hope you don’t make the same mistake as we did..More

There is not much choice around these parts. This little resto is however worth a stop for lunch. Dine inside or on the terrace. Good service good food.

Been there in October 2016 during a tour with motorcycling group, went there for 4 days with groups of 40+ guests. Stéphane and his team are great, with big attention to detail, delivered what was expected and even further. Would we return? Hell yes, I...want that quiche again!!! Thanks for everything! You are Top Class!More

We stopped there for lunch during a road trip. Nice scenery. Service is average and bit messy. Food ok but nothing special.

My wife and I, and even my dog, absolutely loved this place! The staff were so friendly. The coffee, pastries and pizza completely delicious. Plus, even though it’s straddling a (relatively quite) road, the scenery is just stunning! If you’re in the area you should...check it out. I’ll be going next time I’m in Verdon.More

We were passing by this little boulangerie by car when we smelled the pastry and knew that we had to stop. It is attached to a small restaurant but we only tried the sweet/salty pastries and the biscuits. They were of top quality (especially the...quiche) and there was a really nice view over the mountains on the terrace. I can only recommend to stop here, grab some tasty food and chill in this beautiful region. I'd gladly return any time.More

My parents and I found this little roadside beauty while winding our way around Les Gorges du Verdon. We were all starving for lunch and having checked Tripadvisor and asked a few locals for recommendations, Moulin de Soleil was where we found ourselves. While overlooking...the beautiful mountain view opposite the restaurant the three of us polished off a delicious puff pastry spinach vegetable tart, two excellent thin and crispy pizzas with assorted toppings, boeuf bourguignon with potato rostis and vegetable layered bake, followed by a parfait and caramel sauce, apple tarte tatin with ice cream and a vanilla custard flan. With 2 cokes and 1 panache the bill came to 63 Euros in total. Bargain! Also, the restaurant has an amazing little boulangerie and shop attached selling various honeyed tarts with blueberries, pecans, florentine fruits, as well as local cheeses, breads, quiches, etc that you can pick up to take on a picnic around the beautiful lakes in the area.More
