Stopped at this restaurant while in town. The restaurant was down in the first floor below the street level, so it's a bit dark inside. But the windows were back onto the rivers, which is quite nice and cozy-feel. We ordered a couple Elora's local draft beers, Octoberfest meal and sweet potato fries. The beers were excellent and the food... More

Quaint little British style pub with good food and cold beer. The entry would be the only issue to people with mobility issues as the pub itself is downstairs from its front doors. Stairs have a sturdy railing, but it is not wheelchair friendly at all. Servers are extremely pleasant and smiling as much as one could smile. As our... More

We dropped in to watch a Jays game, which they turned on for us in the main part of he pub. It's small and cozy in here, a lot like a British pub. The food was ok. Standard fare. We tried to come back a few days later with 7 friends but they couldn't accommodate us until 7:30 due to... More

This little pub is warm, and inviting. Like going to a friends house. Great food, and service. My favourite in town! Been here many times.

My date and I dropped in for a bite to eat. The potato fries and wrap were yum and my date enjoyed the burger. What stood out was how our server ensured I was happy with the wine. I'd never tried this particular Red, so a small taste was provided first. When I was happy with it, a nice full... More

At first glance after opening the doors and decending down a staircase, you wonder what awaits you at the bottom... a cute little pub overlooking the Grand River. Menu consists of typical pubs style fare, with options for everyone. Good selection of beers and ciders. Fast and friendly service in a tourist town.

I am from Scotland and just loved this place. I had a haggis dish that was served like a shepherds pie. It was as big as my head, but I managed to eat most of it (not usual for me) because it was beautiful! Great atmosphere and welcoming servers. Just loved it. Cant wait to go back!

Enter down quite a lot of stairs, pub itself is nothing special and smelt a bit from the river but service was fast and food was actually very good - large portions of fish and chips. My husband liked his pint of beer - have a few craft ales to choose from and my wine was ok - not much... More
