This is a cumbersome ride to an amazing spot, but we happened to go on a day where it was so windy we couldn't spend time on the beach and had a hard time keeping our drinks from flying away. Service was great and the facilities are awesome. I'm sure this place would ger more stars if it weren't for... More

I brought 6 of my guests there for $1.00 Taco Tuesday and everyone had a blast, good food and many drinks! Love them and I send my guests all the time!

Da Surf Spot is charming, because it sits right on Playa Santana. The beers are cheap and cold and you can have a front row seat or hammock to the evening lineup. I've eaten fish tacos here a few times and they were tasty and fresh, but the service could be a little more accommodating and certainly faster. Everything is... More

Our group of surfers at here a bunch of times. The food is really reasonable and you get a lot. The Parga Entero is the real deal.

I've lived in the area for years now. I thought the staff had a really terrible attitude. The flies are horrible. The bathroom is disgusting. The lack of comfortable seating annoyed me. They have Wi-Fi but obviously only let the ones they choose use it. I want recommend this place nor spend another dime here. Sorry I didn't photograph my... More

Da surf spot is a cute little outdoor eating taco stand right on Santana beach within spitting distance from the Rancho Santana clubhouse. Simple tacos, smoothies, chips. Cheap breakfasts and a fun owner who aims to please. A great place to have a cold one after surfing or an Alt lunch or breakfast stop

We were so looking forward to a return trip to Da Surf Spot for fresh fish tacos and a cold beer that we loved so much last year - but they were closed for vacation. Vacation? From paradise? Where did they go? Ski trip? Oh well. There's always next year.

Went to Da Surf Spot twice while staying at Buena Onda resort and have to say the tacos are some of the best. The ice cold beer and 3 Tacos for 100c were a great deal. The location and view of the surf spot in front of Rancho Santana made for a stunning view. Overall I recommend this place to... More

Bought a bottle of ron & several burritos later got chatting to the lovely girl behind the bar (Sandra I think?) We told her some of the songs we'd heard in Nicaragua we liked. There were just 3 of us in the bar and as she was playing her iphone through the speakers she put the songs on for us... More

Da Surf Spot was a like a hidden gem on our Nicaraguan vacation. We refered to it as "Scoobie's on the beach" after their little adorable, big eared pooch! The location is perfect, right on the beach. And the family that run it are so accommodating. Their son Luis always made us laugh. The food was incredible!!! Its been a... More
