Great food and very friendly staff. Typical food from Le Marche, but with a twist. Standing out compared to the other restaurants in this area

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. The dinners were amazing and the waiters explained that all the ingredients and wines were locally sourced. Highly recommended if you want to spoil yourself for a few days.
A very nice place, elegant but also informal. Service was very nice and friendly. We tried several dishes, all were interesting and tasty. Mixed appetizers were intriguing. And the price was correct and proportional to the offer.
Riccucci is an excellent restaurant with great staff. We were here 3 years ago and looked forward to returning, anxious to find out if they were still as good as we remembered. And they were!! They even recognised us. The food is amazing, many local...dishes and wines, the staff incredibly attentive and the views.... the best in the region. A special compliment to Guilia who took the time to tell us more about the Le Marche region outside of the summer season. Riccucci is worth the wait and the trip! We will definitively be back.More
One of the best lunches ever. The restaurant is in a lovely room, part of the beautifully restored palazzo in the centre of the old town. The service was great, there are fantastic views and the food was simply delicious. We were a group of...four and everybody was delighted.More
We have been visiting Montappone for the last 15 years to eat the delicious pizzas at La Caravana which is owned by the same family but only discovered Palazzo Riccucci this year. We visited in April and September and will be going back next month...too! It really is quite different to a lot of the restaurants in this region of Le Marche. We found the staff very friendly and after choosing the tasting menu the waiter and waitress were very informative, explaining how each dish had been prepared, the ingredients and suggested wines (from a list of probably 100) that would match our budget and taste. It is a quiet restaurant, elegantly decorated, smart linens, crockery and cutlery and no TV on in the corner! It could do with better signposting because it is perched on the top of a hill but the far reaching views are spectacular. Would definitely recommend.More
We went for lunch and weren't disappointed! The was fantastic, particularly the antipasti, as was the service. We had an 11 month old with us and they didn't mind at all, granted she was pretty well behaved, but it is more of a "grown up"...restaurant. Would go again in a heart beat!More
A fantastic place with a wonderful view and fantastic food. The staff are very service minded and they take great care of the guests. I really recommend it if you are in the area
In an area that specializes more in casual trattorias-- traditional food in simple settings-- Palazzo Riccucci is a real find. The setting is striking both inside and out-- a lovely terrace that overlooks both the countryside and a dramatic pool, or an elegant interior with...vaulted ceilings and a top-notch restoration. Even better, the food is outstanding-- nothing too fussy, but with clever twists on traditional marchegggiano favorites like olive ascolana. The service is elegant but friendly, and every aspect of the experience is perfectly executed. It makes for a special, unforgettable evening.More
We visited Palazzo Riccucci three times in two weeks and it was excellent on all visits. The staff is very nice and very competent. They have an excellent local wine list with very fair prices. Their menu has many things to choose from, for us...the tartare vitello, the tagliata and the quail stood out. Their desserts are very tasty as well. But their unique selling point is the view, it is the best we've seen, absolutely stunning. Go to Riccucci!More
We went as a family, the service was brilliant and translated much of the menu for us, they were also lovely to our children. The food was delicious, we had antipasti, steak on with herbs and one with blackberries which were both delicious and dessert...was chocolate mousse and chocolate bombs. All mouth watering. Price not bad for the type of restaurant it is. The views/sunset on the terrace can not be missed.More
The service from the staff was excellent and the food perfect, every course was good. Would recommend anytime
A beautiful restaurant where you can sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down over the Sibilline mountains. Wonderful service and really friendly and helpful staff. They put on several special vegetarian dishes for us - which were delicious. The cooking is superb...and the price is incredibly reasonable for such a stylish restaurant. The wine - most of it locally produced - was also very special. We cannot recommend it too highly - we went there eight times in a month - recommendation indeed!More
The restaurant brings a kitchen that exceeds the traditional "Marche" recipes by being more daring and being more creative. It serves one of the best steaks (on a bed of Mediterranean herbs) i have ever eaten, the black rice risotto is a real gem and...also the "antipasto della casa" is a true highlight and very creative. On top if this, the restaurant is situated in a beautiful vaulted ancient room with in summer time the possibility to eat outside. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful for explaining the different dishes and wine list. Wine list also exceeds what you can expect in most other restaurants in the region (wine lists have the tendency of being limited to the local wines of the region), they serve e.g. an outstanding!! Brunello di Montalcino. Overall excellent, taking into account price: OUTSTANDING!! Johan LuystermansMore
Let's face it, if you live in Le Marche, you'd better like pork because that seems to be the special of the day more often than not. Thankfully there is a wonderful alternative in Palazzo Riccucci. The chef here never disappoints while still in keeping...with the fresh local produce. We highly recommend the selection of appetizers especially their version of olive a l'ascolana! Emmanuele is very knowledgeable about the local wines and there is an excellent choice of reasonably priced fine wines. The views from the patio are stunning and it is situated so that there is an unobstructed view of the sunset. What are you waiting for? Best restaurant this side of the Sibilinis.More
