I went to co-ho Joe’s today and was pleasantly surprised they had vegan food options. They also had oat and almond milk for non dairy alternatives for drinks. I had a delicious red lentil soup, full of vegetable and seasoned just right. I wasn’t super...hungry so I opted for the cup instead of the bowl, it came with toasted bread (which was just as good as the soup!) It was the perfect snack. $7 for a cup of soup and toast was awesome value for my money. Friendly service and good food + drinks, I will be back next time I come to visit. Thank you!More

Such a fantastic little place to relax and have a GREAT coffee and eats.

We were staying in the B&B, was wonderful and comfy. The smell of fresh cinnamon buns wafting in upstairs in the morning !!! This place is a little Gem, So freindly and nice. I had the Best Benny I have ever had, so Good !!!...Their Mocha's are also really good. My Wife and I just LOVE this place and the Staff.More

Outstanding Local's Spot

The baked good are outstanding, the coffee is great and everyone is so friendly. We loved this place, one of the great coffee shops off the west coast of Canada.

Yummy breakfast

The breakfast roll up with scrambled eggs, vegis and ham was delish. The coffee was hot and strong. We ate here two days in a row it was so good.

Friendly service and excellent food

Amazing coffee and treats!

Stopped in here for coffee and a treat this morning. Everything is made from scratch and is delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. All COVID precautions in place.

One of the very few options but still good

Had luch there yesterday and the fish tacos were good. Not great, but good. Deep fried battered cod with a small portion of fish. 3 tacos on good corn tortillas but the fresh mango made it fine. This with a side salad $15. For up...north not bad but not cheap eats. Good desserts too.More

Excellent Lunch Stop!

We stopped for an afternoon treat and had our lunch instead. I wanted to try the Red Lentil Moroccan Stew. It was absolutely delicious! With a capital D!!! They also served it with a gluten-free english muffin. Yeah. I was sorry when the bowl was...empty. My husband had the same. with a regular roll. The portions were large. The scones looked beautiful as well. Gary said the coffee was really good. They have GF cookies in the mornings. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. A definite stop in Sointula.More

Best Lunch Ever

Excellent coffee, excellent food and very friendly staff. All made in-house. I had the BLT sandwich with potato salad- delicious. When in Sointula you must eat here!More

Awesome lunch

Stopped for take out lunch and were not disappointed! Fabulous tasty & healthy food. Vegan wrap was just amazing! Tomato soup with buns delicious too. Super friendly people.

Healthy & delicious

Charming cafe with awesome, friendly staff. Our first of 2 days spent in Sointula we had the breakfast wrap which was delicious and the next day we opted for a fresh out of the oven, still warm banana/cranberry muffin. Everything is made from scratch &...the coffee is so good.More

Best scone ever

My husband and I had the best scone there ever. Great with coffee when waiting for the ferry or before the hike out to beautiful beach.

a Sure bet! Lunch, Coffee and muffins

Had the Rueben and coffee with potato salad. Tasty and fast as the traffic inside was slow. A sure bet for a meal in Sointula D.
