I cycle down to Moraira on my recovery days for a tapas treat. The seafood selection is excellent and authentic, requiring topping and tailing as well as fiddling with bones. Similarly, the café solo is not the diluted tourist fare. The staff don't bat an eyelid at my Lycra and I can keep an eye on my bike propped up... More

Excellent service, the waiter looked after my dad who has allergies, and the food itself was excellent. We don't think we'll have a better meal in Moraira.

We visited this restaurant for our first family meal whilst on our hoilbobs. All the tables had reserved on them but we thought we would take a chance, turned out they are not and they quickly took the sign away. We sat down and had some rather lovely bread and condiment, which cost us more euros than we expected. We... More

Good restaurant by the marina with a decent range of dishes - particularly fish - and attentive staff. Only downside was a diner smoking a huge cigar, which truly stank. OK, this was outside (though under an awning) but surprised the restaurant allowed cigars.

Always like coming here for a morning coffee. Lovely setting, plenty of shade and friendly staff (especially Antonio who at least gives the impression that he remembers you from when you were here last year). They obviously prefer you to order a la carte but they do have a menu del dia if you ask for it - The usual... More

Quite a nice venue central in town. Tapas are decent but not very refined and a bit overpriced due to location. Plave is lively and quite a few tourists stop by. Not a local hang out

We arrived in Moraira at 11pm from Alicante airport and couldn't find anywhere open for a meal. No problem here even though I thought that they had closed their kitchen but as the chef was still there he made us 2 meals. The service was super and nothing was too much trouble. We have eaten here a few times before... More

So many restaurants in Moraira for our one visit so we opted for one near the sea front with a traditional menu. While not fine dining this is a pleasant restaurant and service was good. Food portions were quite generous and the starters alone were filling. Fortunately we shared a paella for the main course which consisted of chicken and... More

We visited here twice. There's a nice outdoor seating area on the coast and the staff are lovely - clearly want to make your visit enjoyable. Good selection of wine and you can go for the tapas or main meals. First night we had shared tapas along with the most fantastic salt baked sea bass, which was opened and filleted... More
