We had dinner at this amazing place as we where staying at a local caravan park. The staff where amazing even looked after our dogs while we had dinner. The restaurant is dog friendly but we have 3 so decided to leave them in the...garden which the staff where so accommodating with. The food was fantastic also cater for Gluten Free which is amazing. We had a lovely meal with our friends and will defo be back when we return. Thanks again for making out night great.More

Been a number of times to this restaurant and had the most wonderful meals, this time the food was nice but just basic. I know places are trying to make up for a lost year - but it was sad to just have food you...can cook at home - nothing special.More

What a little gem this restaurant is. We ate there twice this week and were so impressed. Lovely, freshly prepared meals ( the chicken was our favourite) and the loveliest staff and owners. My husband was celebrating a birthday and the staff surprised him with...a beautiful birthday cake and a round of drinks on the house- we were so touched by the gesture. The restaurant has a lovely front garden and it was lovely to sit there with a drink and watch the sunset. A fabulous findMore

We’ve just been for the most amazing dinner. We had wings to start and then a chilli burger and mac&cheese. We then finished with hot chocolate fudge cake. Best meal we’ve had out in ages. Staff were wonderful and there was a lovely atmosphere. Would...highly recommend.More

We had a lovely dinner here. It is a family run restaurant and the owners were lovely. Fresh delicious fish and homemade desserts and puddings. The apple crumble and custard was as good as my Mum’s and the children loved their chocolate and orange cake.

Really accomodating and thoughtful owners, we asked for a take away and they were more than happy to do this which was nice of them as mostly people sitting in. The food was delicious and just what was needed after some sightseeing by bike. We...ordered steak pie, macaroni also some deserts and they gave us tubs of cream and custard so we could still have the full meal as if sitting in. Value for money and would definitely go back.More

Busy place so best to book ahead, not overly priced and portion size is large. Food is of good standard and tasted really good, would go again.

Basic pub fodder. No thrills, nothing fancy. Cost of food reflected my description. I had Scampi and chips which was really nice. Looking for a Pub lunch I'd recommend the Hawthorn
