The Clubhouse used to be a wonderful venue, with live music and a range of excellent food. Maybe it will be good again, but at the moment it provides a limited menu based on one of the local food trucks. I had the falafel, consisting...of three tiny packet falafel with a greasy salad on a stale pita. I really hope this place can get its act together againMore

There are not a lot of places open for dinner on the upper Sunshine Coast--not past 7:00, so I actually made a reservation. But these people have no idea of how to run a restaurant. The view from the deck is great, but the restaurant...is a depressing, unclean, sadly 'decorated' room. The menu is unimaginative, cookie-cutter 'pub' fare. They had a golfers' event on--all were past their best. And the restaurant should have been closed to the public. They had one server. Who took our drinks order--a coffee and a beer. She never made the coffee and I watched her give my beer to someone else. Then a couple she knew came in. She served them. Then another couple. Same thing. And a third. By this time, she was telling people that they were going to have to wait a long time for food. But she served them drinks, while we just sat there. So we left. With staff shortages, the owner and his family should have been working. They weren't. There was no one checking for vaccine passports--I offered to show the waitress ours but she seemed not to know what I was talking about. There was no one cleaning tables. Just a bunch of unhappy drunks sitting around. Ugh. It's probably a fine place to play golf, but don't bother with the restaurant.More

Hi there, I am sorry you had a bad experience at the restaurant. We're not perfect and I would be the first to admit that sometimes errors occur. When that happens we make every effort to correct the situation. That said, as we have won...More

Dropped in at lunch time hoping to rent some clubs and play a round. This was not possible due to Covid restrictions but we had a good lunch in the Clubhouse.

In an area the needs venues like this the Clubhouse Restaurant at the Pender Harbour Golf Club has stepped up in offering both good food and entertainment. The service is excellent and the food does not disappoint. Music ( at this time) on Friday night...and the Sunday afternoon jam session are both excellent. Their roast beef is divine! The ambiance is a bit rustic and could be improved, although the restaurant and washrooms are very clean.More

The Clubhouse Restaurant at the Pender Harbour Golf Club is now only open on the weekend. We went for lunch on a rainy Saturday and were surprised how few seem to know or go there for a meal. We found the food to be solid,...palatable and like a home cooked meal. The location overlooking the golf fairways was pleasant even in the rain. The decor is pleasing and the place was meticulously clean. We were served promptly and felt well cared for. I had a tomato-rice-beef soup which was served hot and warmed me up, followed with the shepherds' pie and finished with an apple crumble which came with vanilla ice cream. It is no surprise that I was well sated. My wife had the seafood linguini which was in a creamy cheese sauce and came with 2 slices of toasted garlic bread. Our daughter had the calamari for an appetizer, which was served with sour cream followed with a beef stew, salad, and a toasted whole wheat bun. Overall a most satisfying meal at a price that nobody could beat.More

We went there on a recommendation of a friend. There were two couples and we tried different menu items. The Prime rib was excellent and came with a refreshing salad to start priced about $30.00. Seafood pasta was shrimp, scallops and Salmon was in a...cream sauce and was delicious $17.50 and Fish and chips were also well received $18.00 (Batter was thin and crispy with a reasonable portion of fish.) We will be regular visitors. Check for Live entertainment on Fridays and or weekends. Not to be missed.More
