Away from the main seafront, therefore very peaceful. Only the sound of the wind and the waves to disturb you. Excellent food, especially the fried peppers and stuffed tomatoes. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
Good view but mediocre food. We had swordfish (not perfectly cooked) and grilled shrimps (well cooked but boring side dishes). The service was friendly.
Just be aware that they bring you bread with olive oil (much like a lot of Greek restaurants) but they don't tell you they're gonna charge you for it - you have to tell them to take it away if you don't wanna pay for...it! Otherwise a lovely little restaurant. Beautiful views - genuinely could have stayed there all evening just to see the view. The good was fine, tasty but nothing special. The view was really amazing in the evening. The sunset was beautiful! Because of windows there was no seawind to harass you during dinner. Staff was friendly and the food was good :)
Disappointment. We stayed in Samos for around three months and visited this restaurant only because we read good review from tripadvisor. It was totally a disapointment. Great view Yes, but everything else was bad. Food was not greek, but more american or English style. I...had chicken souvlaki dish that I love,but here the chicken was wrapped in bacon, served with some iceberg and shredded carrot. Nothing to do with lovely chicken souvlaki in my mind with horiatiki salad. The house dry red wine was one of the worst we have every had (and Yes, we have had a lot good ones!), so we could barely drink it. The best of this restaurant was the sea view and close location to our Hotel as well as the chocolate cake served as a Complimentary ONLY because it was someone birthday and they wanted to share the lovely big chocolate cake with all customers! However, I do not recommend this restaurant even it has got kind of good review in tripadvisor, sorry.More
Found this place towards the end of our holiday, no frontage from the road (just a sign and a menu) and a steepish slope, but glad we did. Warm welcome from the attentive, but overly so, staff. Cracking traditional Greek food in a stunning location...right above the beach, with fantastic views across the bay. Can't say much about the food except it was well cooked, well flavoured, great value and 'proper Greek' with plenty of choice. We visited twice and spent no more than 35 euros on both occasions, including beer and wine; go for the house red. Can't fault this place. Not open at lunch time (when we visited in September) so might be different earlier in the season.More

Its a good restaurant for dinner with a great sun set view. It is a family restaurant and they was very helpful. They even try to translate the fish names. Prices are average. The seved extra fruite and sweets after our dinner.
The location of Tasos is wonderful. Up the hill a little from the town (near the hospital), it looks out over the bay. And the food is great too. We were not terribly hungry and decided on a shared moussaka and a green salad. We...also had the house rose. The food was simple but with elegant flavours.More
