We came here on a Sunday evening and got seated right away, no wait at all. We had never been here before but heard great things so were eager to try. I had the steak and shrimp Roberto dinner special and it was fantastic and...More

This was not my first visit to F & E. It’s kind of hit or miss. We dined there last evening with four adults and two toddlers. It was a beautiful, winter day in the midst of the holiday season so the wait was incredibly...More

Fred and Ethel’s is a cozy comfy place to have a drink and good food. Our bartender Corinne is so sweet. We ordered the French onion soup and the spring rolls to start which were very tasty. Then we ordered the Caesar salad and wings....More

First off they have a happy hour but they also had a private party understandable because it is Christmas time so the bar was packed. My wife and I chose to sit in the restaurant anyway. The place itself is really nice well decorated Smithville...More

Lovely charm in Smithville. Menu was varied. Specials on seafood night (Friday) were tasty and portions were generous. Nice local beers on draft, too.

The place was mobbed. When we gave our name we were told it would be a 45 minute wait but it ended up being closer to an hour. The service was great. The food was average.
