From home made bread to hand made to order sandwiches, these were the best we had in 4 weeks travel in Canada, The owner was extremely gracious and kind and made our short visit wonderful. A little hidden gem

Fresh made sandwiches, home made bread, fresh home made pies, hard and soft ice cream. Good old fashioned lunch fare with the home style touch.

The coffee was great here, we took some baked goods and coffee to go. Found the couple who ran the business to be more than friendly. This is a cash only business, the prices are very reasonable. We found that they have a mining museum...in the basement of the building that is by donation. It was pretty cool, worth the stop.More

I found this place as I was wandering by and stopped in to look at the museum. I ended up having a great sandwich and rhubarb pie. Real rhubarb without other fruits mixed in. The hostess was great. Best of all, it opens early for...those of us desperate for the Morning caffeine fix.More

The mining museum really is extraordinary -- full of artifacts of the substantial mining history of the area. Best of all, it has a little coffee shop with outstanding coffee, warm and friendly service, and fantastic sandwiches and light fare. A must-do in Kaslo --...extremely family-friendly.More
