My husband and I, and another couple, stopped in Dunnville overnight and had the pleasure of having breakfast at the Towne Cafe -- a great experience! Very friendly service, good food, and excellent coffee. Nice touch with homemade marmalade and jam (lavender marmalade with blueberries...was exceptional!). Would highly recommend making a stop here!More

My husband & I went for lunch today Oct 23/19 & I have to say it was absolutely delicious, I have Celiac & I could not have asked for a better sandwich with soup. When leaving I asked about Gluten Free desserts & she told...me quite a few so I went with Lemon Loaf & I can't wait to go back & have more, ate it in the car on my way home. My husband enjoyed his too & is looking forward to going back.More

Went for lunch with a friend. I had the parsnip soup- which u didn't think I'd like, at all, but it was very tasty. It was part if the daily lunchtime special - soup and 1/2 sandwich and drink for $8.95. I also had a...half sandwich of grilled ham and cheese and a cup of tea. Lunch for $10 and it was very good. I would recommend the Towne Cafe and I will be returning there again soon.More

What a great place for lunch..They have opened the ground floor level for more seating.so those with limited mobility can enjoy a great meal. We stopped in close to closing time for a late lunch, but we never felt rushed. Their soup is amazing! Owner...was very helpful meeting our diet requirement. Such a lovely friendly delicious place . We definitely will be back.More

Mediocrity has crept into many eating establishments and I feel many people have accepted the status-quo...........and maybe they have forgotten what great food even tastes like? In any event, this establishment doesn't pretend to be a 5-star fine dining gourmet establishment and it doesn't charge...like one either. However, it does represent value and good old-fashioned recipes and food that can be just as memorable!More

My friend Carol runs and cooks at this lovely quaint cafe. It's a 2 story old home in a great area of Dunnevile Ontario Canada. One of the best kept secrets. The food was spectacular and service by her sister Catherine was very friendly. Carol...is a gourmet chef in her cooking and presentation of her pairing. The parking is also very good in the rear of the house. Very quiet neighborhood. And the ambience inside very charming with old memorabilia as far as the decor. Sets you back in time. The music was relaxing to set the mood. Would highly recommend checking out. Well worth the driveMore

Went here for lunch and was very impressed. For $12, you get a soup or salad, beverage, sandwich and dessert. The food is fresh, the soups are delicious. The owners are friendly and attentive to you your needs. The only caveat is that the dining...room is on the second level of the building and you must climb stairs to access it.More

Lovely cafe offering a whole meal deal, or a la carte dining. For around $11, you get a drink, soup or salad, sandwich and dessert. Portions are prefect. The only negative thing i could say s that the dining area is upstairs, so not accessible...for some.More
