I live in Ottawa and anytime I travel to the GTA I go along Highway 7 so I can pick up a slice or even a full pizza at Crusty Pizza. Their crust is amazing And the sauce is really good. And just usually pick up a pepperoni slice and throw some chili peppers on it. Absolutely the best! Thank you

Located on the main strip in Port Perry, there is ample parking. They also have gluten free, however there were none when I went.
Not sure about a Wi-Fi, however depending on where you park there is a pokemon gym!

This was our first time trying Crustys Pizza. Found the dough cooked right through, no grey matters. Will come here again.

I was excited to try the pizza and the I opened the box and noticed mushrooms are from a can. At least let ppl know when they order . It ruins the whole pizza

If I could give Crusty Pizza Port Perry a zero star review I would. I ordered a pizza and panzo for delivery. It arrived an hour and a half later, and the order was wrong. When I called to advise them that it was wrong I was told that was what was written down, and that was what I ordered. I told them that was not the case as I would never order spicy sausages on my pizza or mushrooms for that matter. I was told by the girl on the phone that I could either get a credit or I could have them remake the panzo and they would bring it to me in an hour. I told her that was fine I would wait the hour for the correct panzo. 10-15 minutes later I get a phone call back from the same girl who advised me I would have to pay another delivery charge for their mistake if I wanted my order 🤯. I told them there was no way I was paying for their mistake and that I would appreciate my correct order delivered. She then proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong and that when I had placed the order the girl had confirmed my order twice. This was not the case as I would have told them they got the order wrong. So basically they called me a liar and then refused to bring me my panzo. My options, according to the girl were to come in for a refund, pay for the extra delivery charge or come in and get my own corrected panzo. I told them I would be in for my refund. I get all the way to the store and the girl refuses to give me a refund. Tells me I can take my pizza and leave. She refused to give me a managers name, refused to give me the owners name, refused to give me any information. Essentially they took my money and made me the wrong order and wouldn’t give me my money back, that they yet again told me I would get over the phone. I spoke to their ‘manager’ this morning who in no short words told me to go elsewhere and then proceeded to yell at me and hang up on me. It’s no wonder the employees act this way if this is how the manager acts. I would highly suggest they work on their customer service!

Doughy pizza with grizzly bacon, Yuck. Don’t waste your money. However, if you decide to give it a try, be prepared to be unwelcomed by rude employees who are inconvenienced by you order.

We used to love this place but lack of toppings and over all quality have gone right down hill. Will not return untill staff are replaced. Try papas pizza land instead

Not a restaurant, but take out. There is a counter to stay and eat, but seating is very limited. Majority of people do take out. Great pizza. we buy from them frequently.

We are new to Port Perry and decided to try Crusty Pizza since they were able to do a gluten free pizza for my friend, and I had a regular pizza. Both were fantasizing! Very fresh, very tasty, I really don't get the couple of negative reviews posted.

I heard great things about this place but I was very disappointed with it. The dough had no flavour at all, the sauce wasn't the greatest and the price total was different when they came to the door than what I was told on the phone. The girl (who was nice btw) that delivered it said they probably didn't add the delivery fee...which was annoying because I had worked out the cash and tip and had to go back upstairs to get more money. Anyways, there are so many great pizza places that I probably wont give it a second shot.

We ordered a 3 topping pizza with pepperoni, mushroom on the whole pizza and 2 half toppings. I was charged for 4 toppings. when i called I was told that is the way we do it and she is just the front desk girl. I feel so ripped off that is stealing! they should tell people! very poor customer service!!

I got a x large pizzia was the worst i have ever had was like chewy rubber i t called the store was told by the guy that answered the phone that dont know he diden,t make it all pizza go out the same No offer to make me aonther what a wast of $30 will never go back and i sure my friends wont either
