If you find a place to eat in Ende this one is one of the choice. It is a spicy padang restaurant (padang actually is a city in Sumatera). Lot of choices and variety of foods. Really tasty and delicious.

We arrived around 7pm. Clean place, immaculately kept. Great range of Indonesian dishes. Tasty fish, Tempe, rice, vegetables and a lovely tomatoey sambal that didn't blow your socks off.

Stopped here for lunch between Manulalu and Moni - tried lots of different things and went back for more curry sauce and Sambal. The enormous prawns were delicious!! All the food was very tasty - loved this place.

Tasty food. We tried the rendang, dendeng, ikan balado, and fried shrimp. Everything was tasty. The sambal was great. Quite cheap.

Near the airport. You can get your dose of nasi padang here. Tasty and cheap! Try the fried cow lung and fried chicken... For BULE or non Indonesian, make sure they pass you the menu along with price so they will not charge you ridiculously. This is normal in nasi padang restaurant ... They will charge more when you are... More

Food was good, real spices and local sembal was great. Wildly overcharged for food. $10 for a plate that should cost $3. Laughed at when I asked why so expensive and told "bule harga " foreigner price. Nice options with real prices elsewhere. Don't give money to places that do two tiered pricing.

Great food (nicely spicy), good choice of food, it's a classic panang, where you choose what's on your plate. I liked it, would go there again!

If you like spicy Indonesian food this place is for you - for us it was a bit too much. Service was adequate. They don't serve beer here which would have helped with the spice!

We wanted to taste the local cooking but all the restaurants were close so we ended up with nasi padang. The place was clean and comfy. The cooking was also good and with reasonable price.

I had an awesome curry sauce with chicken and rice. I asked the waiter if it's spicy. He says that just a little bit. Thank god it was burning like vindaloo from hell, which, I appreciate in hot afternoon. There is no menu; you have to choose from what's cooked fresh on particular day. I paid 35k for a meal...
