Beautiful restaurant, food and service. If you sit outside - try and get the last table beside the wall - overlooking the Village - great sunsets!

Being the first day of April the restaurant was nearly empty despite it being a Friday night. The restaurant is cavernous and beautifully decorated with frescoes. The menu is quite broad with wide ranging selections, including fish, goose, deer, suckling pig, steaks, etc. The wine selections is quite adequate with many locally produced wines as well as others. We had... More

The people are so nice, we chose to sit outside, to enjoy some time in the sun. Food was completely delicious, everyone loved everything they had. The menu is a little different, one for fish, one for meat. But a lovely woman who worked there translated it into English for us. Wonderful visit, and I hope when we are next... More

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel and it was amazing. The food was delicious, the setting was stunning and the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. We had the shared antipasto to start which was huge! Followed by suckling pig and deer steaks, cooked over a large open fire for an authentic taste. If you are in the area... More

On our recent visit to Tuscany, we ate here on a number of occasions and Bacciomeo never failed to impress us. It has a limited menu and wine list but they are good. To compliment the menu and wine list, the dining room is high ceilinged with superb decoration together with attentive staff. It's a joy to eat here.

Restaurant is part of a high ceiling house. Very friendly staff, terrific fresh food, some meats cooked on an open fire inside, red deer steaks and really tasty cod dish. Great desserts. especially the tarte tatin and tiramisu. Good reasonable local wines, carafe of house red for around €7 !! Very reasonable price €100 all courses, wine, beer and coffee.... More

We were glad to have found Bacciomeo on this visit to Tuscany. Palais does not have a huge choice of decent eateries and Bacciomeo is really good. We sat outside with a lovely view of the sunset. Our waitress was really efficient and friendly. The wine choices were excellent and very reasonably priced. I had seafood pasta as a primi... More

We stumbled upon this treasure on our last night. We didn't book so had to sit indoors. This didn't matter the restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and made us all feel at home even inviting us to see where all the food was cooked on a open fire. We couldn't believe... More

If you get one of the two tables with the view down the valley, it's a lovely outlook. Yes, the loud music coming from the pizza place next door is a bit of an annoyance initially, but that sort of thing is also part of the charm of Italy for us (we've holidayed in Italy every year for almost 15...
