Lovely local bistro with byo wine option which is great if you want to share a special bottle of wine. I had the Pappadelle with beef ragu. A little disappointing in that the ragu wasn't that tender or falling apart as I expected. Everyone enjoyed the meal. We'd probably go back. This is an obviously popular local haunt.

Sage Leaf has become one of our favourite restaurants. The menu, modern European food style, presentation and service are excellent

Had our Beef and Burgundy club dinner there last night. Food and service were top notch. All food we had was inventive and well thought out. The Duck was especially good served with lovelly orange salad. Wil certainly be back and highly recommend. Pleasant space fairly small restaurant which is nice.

We were thrilled to add this restaurant to our list of favourites, which is what it has now become! We had the scallops with the crispy pork belly and pork belly in breadcrumbs and the smoothest cauliflower puree ever for starters! For mains, we had the blue eye with crispy skin and accompanied by the grape, spinach, hazelnut and feta... More

Our family loves to go to Sageleaf when we have something to celebrate, in this case the impending birth of a baby. Seven of us, ranging in age from 4 to 72, were beautifully looked after and served a delicious dinner which everyone enjoyed. Between us, we tried the goat's cheese tart, the scallops, the crispy lamb ribs, the braised... More

We booked the restaurant with 24 people for a Christmas lunch. The menu was agreed upon two weeks prior with lots of choices. All clients had a ball. Food was first class that impressed a very discerning crowd! 10/10!

you can still BYO wine here or select from one of their range. Food is not adventurous but what they do they do well and with a "can do" attitude. Worth trying

We dined with friends, a group of six and we each enjoyed a main course and dessert. The food selection is wide and varied, our group chose three different mains and all we declared tasty, delicate and perfectly cooked and presented. The quantity of each was appropriate. I had Beef tenderloin and was it tender! and very tasty too. I'm... More
