Julie, our waitress turned out to be co-owner of the Café, was hospitable, efficient, knowledgeable, and quietly but noticeably proud of her establishment. The place was not elegant but clean and comfortable with food and service that far surpassed its unassuming ambience. It exuded a...More

Chanced upon this wonderful cafe and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Food was delicious and slightly out of the main stream providing a refreshing change. Service was friendly and good. Have already recommended it to friends.

Went here on our way home from our vacation. Thought it would be a quaint restaurant for us to go to for lunch. Had a tuna melt which was good but not worth $13.00 dollars. They served it with potato chips. When we sat down...More

We stopped along our way north and it was great. Inside was packed full of people (where did they all come from! LOL). We sat outside at the few tables in front. We were welcomed with a huge smile and friendly service. With a busy...More

So ... the title reflects the atmosphere. This isn't rush in rush out ... this is sit, embrace, enjoy. Just a couple having lunch mid-afternoon, seated out front in the shade, watching the traffic streaming by. We were told it would be a while for...More

Description
The Bicycle Cafe makes delicious food to order. Reasonably priced, fresh ingredients and casual dining. Listen to music, play games, have a glass of wine, local beer or a cocktail. Take your time. We also make proper coffee supplied by I Deal out of Toronto. Delicious desserts made in house as well. What you put in your body is serious business, we respect that. Take out available but not encouraged. We would sooner you take a break and enjoy your food at a table rather than a car seat. You will not be disappointed when you visit or return.
