We spent the last week in St. Lucia at Bay Garden Resort. Liz was there at Reduit beach every day selling roti and homemade cakes. The only thing I would have to complain about is that I did not opt to buy one the first day we were there. Boy, was I wrong. I had her chicken roti and pineapple cake, and I was hooked for the rest of the week. Probably one of the best foods I have ever had while visiting the different Caribbean islands. We had an all-inclusive package and I still purchased from her every day! She also makes her own hot sauce which is amazing, and I brought a few bottles home with me. I know some people will say 15 dollars is a lot, but for a homemade meal it was worth every penny. If you are at the beach she comes and lets everyone know where she is at, and you won't be disappointed giving her roti a try!!!!

Fantastic vegan roti served hot on the beach.
Liz hand makes the delicious roti daily then walks the beach selling them. Also does meat versions.
Perfect food and cold drinks served to your lounger, heaven!

I had an amazing time in Rodney Bay and had the pleasure to meet Liz whilst on holiday. What a lovely, vibrant lady she is always smiling 😊 she really made my trip more memorable and her food is delicious mmm just like mama makes. I will definitely see her again when I come back to this gorgeous island 🏝️

Liz is a true gem in Saint Lucia catch her on the beach of ‘Bay gardens beach resort’ selling her freshly made Rotis that are made to ordwd. You cannot enjoy a true holiday without tasting Liz’s freshly made Rotis or juice. What a woman❤️

We tried the chicken and the Maui Maui fish rotis and pineapple cake and had guava juice that was like an ice slushy all absolutely delicious . My teen girls can be fussy eaters but they loved Liz’s food . There can be no better recommendation than that! Thank you Liz for our wonderful food.

Liz, we loved, loved your delicious chicken rotis and beef parties so much over three lunches during our stay. Liz’s roti is true authentic roti. We also enjoyed the pineapple cake, freshly baked. Liz is friendly, warm, big smile providing a great service.
We will be back, next time we visit!

Liz approached us on Reduit Beach and asked if we'd like to try her homemade roti...and we were so glad we followed her to the 2 tables she has on the beach! Everything was so delicious. We ordered 1 chicken, 1 beef roti, 1 mango juice, 1 golden apple juice, and a slice of pineapple cake. Her homemade pepper sauce is spicy, and so flavorful. 1 of the best meals we had on the island.

Although, my niece and I paid for the all inclusive at Bay Gardens Beach Resort, I really enjoyed getting a veggie roti from Liz at the beach. They were tasty, warm, well made and a perfect lunch daily at the beach. On one day, I did not see her, and so ordered the veggie roti from the Bay Gardens. Although it was good, Liz's roti was better. The vegetables were cut up smaller and blended well. Liz is also friendly and helpful and has a pleasant demeanor.

We had Liz’s roti 4/7 days we were there. Tried her beef, vegetarian and chicken also her pineapple cake. It was delicious! My personal favorite was the chicken. She works incredibly hard at what she does and she is so sweet! Price subject to change but in January they were 15 USD or 30 EC. I’m very happy we knew about her via trip advisor before our trip. She found us down at the beach on Rodney bay by our soco house chairs. She always seemed to have impeccable timing :-) Liz even made us some roti to go so we could bring them to the airport! There was a bit of a communication mix up on a meeting point for these, without hesitation she made it work. I am sad we didn’t get to do her full course dinner, you need a certain number of people, I’m sure it would have been exquisite. Thanks Liz for all the delicious food and hot sauce! See you next time for sure - Your Canadian friends.

We were highly recommended to find Liz on the beach by my co-worker to buy a Roti from her. Well, Liz found us. She walks the beach selling her Roti’s and banana or cherry cakes. The Roti’s are HOT (not spicy but like they just came out of the oven) and so so so delicious. I personally do not like curry, but you can’t taste it. It’s very mild and I thoroughly enjoyed it. She sells chicken, beef or vegetable Roti’s. (I’ve never even heard of them before this trip). I had the chicken and my husband had the beef. WOW WOW WOW. Go find Liz (not the other roti ladies). Yum 😋. Her banana cake is moist and equally delicious. My husband had the cherry cake and said it was also delicious.
Thank You to my coworker for this recommendation and Thank You Liz for making such delicious food for us to enjoy. You are an amazing cook ❤️

My friend met Liz while we were in the market. We learned that she sells homemade roti at Reduit Beach & hosts dinners in her home. My friend got a veggie roti with lemonade & I got a fish roti with a side of hot sauce & tamarind juice. We both got the pineapple cake. Everything was good & hit the spot! The roti is neatly rolled & easy to eat on the beach. The hot sauce is good & HOT! The drinks were tasty with just the right amount of sweetness. The very large slices of cake were good. If you're hungry on Reduit Beach, give Liz Roti a try. Look for her behind the beach chairs against the wall of the Bay Gardens hotel.

Me and 2 friends visited Reduit Beach in St Lucia where Liz sells her amazing roti! First time trying it and we absolutely loved it. Her pepper sauce and fresh juice is amazing also. Liz has the best energy and made sure we had food and got home safe as Hurricane Beryl was approaching on one of the days we visited the beach. Cant wait to see her again when we return!

Located in front of the Bay Gardens Beach Resort, Liz's food is delicious and well priced. She offers a choice of chicken, beef or vegetarian rotis. All are delicious and not too hot, as I don't like spicy food, but there is the option of adding hot sauce. She also sells cake for those wanting a sweet option. Again delicious.

Liz is a bright spot on the beach almost every day. She has three cons of roti that are hot and ready. She is not pushy and will always tell you to take your time and enjoy it, come pay her after. Her rotis are very yummy and usually hit the spot if you don’t feel like getting off the beach in the middle of the day

Wonderful food, great customer service!
We met Liz during our stay at Bay Gardens Resort. She has amazing food ( her fish roti was my favorite), cake, and local juice readily available to guests enjoying the beach . I highly recommend. Looking forward to trying her authentic dinner experience my next visit to St. Lucia.
